My bike.... the saddest part.. scratch on the headlight dome, indicator.. handlebar weight... bend crash guard and saree guard... The scraches are pretty bad... looks major... I was wondering how much it will cost to replace all the scrached parts... any estimates friends?
oops man....how are you now?lucky that you have a crash guard on the bike and no major damage is there...

That's pretty bad rust issue you got in your bike.Did you by any chance ride the bike besides the sea beach because the salty water has to be the culprit.

It's unlikely that you will get replacements under warranty as it's not a known/common issue among the 180s!!
Now Chicane somehow hit the nail on the head by this post!
The rust you been observing in your disc and other parts is maybe due to the salty water of the sea..(maybe the same place where you've clicked your prof.pic!)
I've been observing the same thing in my bike. And it doesn't bother me.Why? Because every other bike at the service centre has almost all its parts rusted(save for the new ones). And because water here in Noida is somewhat salty and scarce so you expect this thing to happen!
If you ride like there's no tomorrow...worry not there won't be!

Well....Right..You may also change the oil filter.

There will not be any extra cost in my OPINION..cause after all they all are service centers.
There might not be any problems..it is written that you can service them at any AUTHORIZED SERVICE center in INDIA.

                    • Upto 5000km use only the mineral oil. After that you can move to synthetic. for 2600km stay in mineral , gulf would be a better option.

i feel its too high , too high pressure will affect the braking . have you tried really hard braking with this setup , im sure even front will start to skid quite easily .

                            • Yeah, it will. I always keep the front 1-2psi less and the rear at the company recommended setting.Works well for me!!
