Re: Hero Honda CBZ Classic
Myself a forever a CBZ lover, owning a blue one from 2004. Prior to that another CBZ the original first release, but had to give that off to a relative because of some altercations.
Recently (unfortunately), had to do some engine work and it's running good. But all the plastic parts (the front mudguard, size tail panels, the TPFC piece around the petrol tank) all are kind of broken / worn out and patched up with what not to make it stick around!
While tried to source it, none of the mechanics / shops could get me my bike color (the classic metallic blue) and I'm currently working in Bangalore (a Coimbatorian!) but tried almost all the shops in across the city and in Coimbatore but could not get anything fruitful.
Do anyone know any sources from where I could get the Head light visors / assembly, tail panels, front mud guards etc.,?
I found an online site (Safe-x Motorcycle Fairings And Mudguards - Bike Parts, Motorcycle Parts, Scooter Parts, Honda Bike Parts, Hero Bike Parts, hero honda Bike Parts, Bajaj Bike Parts, Yamaha Bike Parts, TVS Bike Parts, Enfield Bike Parts, Suzuki Bike Parts, LML Bike Par) which sells the items, but not sure if I could purchase from them (cost is not a problem, since I love my bike so much that I do not want to change it for anything!!!)
Some of the items for sale are: Safe-x Motorcycle Fairings And Mudguards-TAIL PANEL CBZ ZADON
and the other products are:
FRONT MUDGUARD CBZ UB SAFEX,
Color : BLUE,
Bike : CBZ,
Code (SKU) : UAFMHH03
TPFC CBZ UB SAFEX,
Color : BLUE,
Bike : CBZ,
Code (SKU) : UAMIHH01
TAIL PANEL CBZ ZADON,
Color : BLUE,
Bike : CBZ,
Code (SKU) : ZTPHH05
Would love to have your opinion on the items before I make the purchase.
I did not copy the direct links, but should be able to get from the site using the SKU directly. I respect the CBZ lovers (if there are people from Bangalore, would love to meet them!) and the suggestions. Waiting for inputs / Suggestions. Thanks all!

Re: Hero Honda CBZ Classic
I owned one of the first few bikes to roll off the production line. In fact in Goa only 3 bikes were delivered and then nothing for the next 6 months. The attention I got was amazing. What I enjoyed the most was the amazing pillion riders I had. I lived close to a college. But that was only only pleasure the bike gave me. From a riders point of view it was a nightmare. Made me regret selling my RD to buy this. Anyway sold it after 6 months. Bought it for 65k and sold it for 55k.

Re: Hero Honda CBZ Classic
Thank you so much. Apparently, I checked with a local mechanic and he too suggested not to go with the site. He said, it is possible to get some parts and has already started the search. Thanks again!Originally posted by srinikasyap View PostNever use this safex bike site, they take money and send used parts, thats also not functional.

Re: Hero Honda CBZ Classic
Hi All,
I own a CBZ 2003, silver one. Ever since i moved to UAE, have not been using the bike regularly. I recently found a good mechanic in Trivandrum and he helped with a new tank ( old one was rusted) and a refurbished carburetor.
I've been struggling to get the sticker set for the bike. Any advice?
Best Regards
Winn

Rain and Carbed Bikes! Sigh!. Get the carburetor cleaned and check the fuel for water contamination. The Best Spark plug for the CBZ is the DPR8EA9, manufactured by NGK. If you have more moolah, then you may purchase the Platinum tipped one(DPR8E-GP?)What do I intend to do? Stuff ZMR drivetrain into an Ambition chassis and watch others run scared!

Re: Hero Honda CBZ Classic
Thanks mate was looking for this from last 5 days.....Originally posted by metalghost View PostBuddies, as promised, IT'S DONE! You can find the complete workshop manual for Classic CBZ in the link given below. I couldn't merge the scans/files into one big file. All pages have been scanned separately. But I have named all files neatly for your convenience, starting from front cover till back cover. Total file size is 105.33MB and there are 209 files/pages. Kindly check and let me know whether any of the pages are illegible. I will try to rescan those pages and upload again, or may be Diffuser will do it for you. He said that...!!! Honestly...!!! Hehehe.. Anyway, all you have to do now is download, un-rar and print (if required and please print back-to-back so you don't waste paper) and then make your CBZ look like she's just out of the showroom and make others stare at her with jealousy eyes... Hehehe.. And please do not forget to update more info about your CBZ here again. Please keep the thread alive, everyone. Keep revvvvvviiiinggggg.............!
