Sorry, my bad, I thought it was the same one from 06!!!Originally posted by Sunny View Post
I guess it also depends on the rider. Just like in the case of the R15. But the N250 has twice the number of horses.Originally posted by Sunny View Post

The next step would be to figure out how to get more low end torque out the thing, it is hard to squeeze out all that power from the 250cc mill at higher gears and low revs in the hills.
A very special paint scheme on the Ninja coming up in 2 weeks.
Congrats Sunny for your green kwacker.......
And eagerly looking forward to what will it turn into(with the new paint job just around the corner

Over some discussions in this forum I've learned that the Ninja is almost at the same price level as it is in the UK market!! So, not sure if it's the pricing in this country or the pricing that has been set for the Ninja GlobalyOriginally posted by ken cool View PostSorry, my bad, I thought it was the same one from 06!!!

But yeah as you put it rightly and so did Sunny, it's more about the rider and depends on the rider!! I've been riding my P200 for 2.5 years now and I still feel that I not even juiced out 50% of her potential when some of my other friends who have rode my P200 a couple of times have said loads and loads about my own bike which were news to me
I remember in one of the G2G Old Fox said that like in the R15 he also needs to downshift a lot on the Ninja 250R when the Ninja 250R is a different architecture than the R15. So, it again boils down to the fact that how the rider decides to operate the bike.

I will be hoping to see more trip logs and photos in the tourer section from your side!!
OT: Why are saying good-bye to R1?? Is this because that you cannot utilize all the 180 horses on Indian roads?Originally posted by Sunny View PostI just have two permanent bikes at the moment (ZMA and the Ninja). The R1 is almost set to go. It is more about the rider and not the bikes though.
.
Bang on! I guessed this one the moment I read your first post in the thread!! So, it was a love-story between you and the Ninja in Hatu at 11150 feet indeed!Originally posted by Sunny View Post@ken ..my zma is 2.5years old and as far as the N250's torque is concerned it is an issue at lower RPMs, but the R chasis and dna along with those extra 14 horses lurking beneath makes it a delight. Ultimately I will be just adjusting to its powerband to take it in the hills. I rode Manan's 250 and found it to be a great fun in most cases considering the cost and the CCs beneath.
BTW, I was under the impression that you owned a first generation Karizma!Last edited by Makky; 06-02-2010, 11:52 AM.

Nice...you have now been sucked into the vortex of T(c)rack addiction.Originally posted by killer_instinct View Post

You will dig yourself out the grave just to be at the track again.Originally posted by bluevolt View PostMan, the whole thing looks so inviting (and potentially addictive)! I have never been on the track, and I can only imagine how riding on that surface feels!
