        I use RJay's saddle bags, they are great. Should be available at Bachoo motors, Mumbai. they are the distributors for RJay's

        P220 is a fast bike as well - top speed difference would be 20 kms max on speedo if I am not wrong. But I believe Ninja revs much higher so that might be the difference.

            The P220 runs out of steam at higher end ,due to being 2 valves single cylinder,and being non LC engine, heat takes it's toll.

                        I do not understand the logic. Just because Ninja is more powerful than the P-220 , why should it have a higher speed at a given RPM? Isnt that a function of the gear ratios of the two bikes?

                        Look at it this way, at 8K RPM, the Ninja is entering its powerband whereas the P220 is pretty much on the way to trailing off.

                          Wouldn't there be an issue when the turbo starts kicking in, IF, all of a sudden?

                            ^^ spool up time and boost pressure would be regulated, but yes, there would be an obvious kick..

                              Guidance needed... Ninja250R

                              Hi All,
                              Im a novice to this XBHP community .... i bought the Ninja250R Lime Green on 31st Dec'10 and it's been 13 days now that i have been riding it.. 550+ km done and during the 1st phase of full tank it showed a efficicency of 25km/Ltr... but there are some concerns for the experienced members of this forum:
                              1. On 31st Dec i rolled the bike out from the Showroom and proceed to Khivraj for a briefing by Prasanna. then i took it to the temple with my parents... the experience i had with the power then is different from what it is now. the torque whihc was present initially looks to have reduced a lil...I rode for around 150Km at higher rpms(6-8K) but in intervals... Is this a serious matter of concern for the pickup to drop(when drove below 4K rpm) or it's normal.
                              2. what will the be other driving tips during the first 800Kms.
                              3. Changing the gears at stationary position... How does it effect the gear box.
                              4. During the First start in the morning is it required to wait untill the engine settles down i.e below 2K rpm...

                                +1, The ECU makes more sense for our conditions and in terms of reliability, but the turbo makes it much more fun to drive
