Thanks Malliah. Please share a pic of the same and the cost of the same.Originally posted by malliah View PostI have the cortech Sports tail bag and love it. Its secured to the bike with the inbuild bungee chords. Fits well and does not budge.
Rahul has a Ventura tail bag, not the RJay's. Check out the bachoo motors thread. I asked Zulfi for a tailbag in that thread and he has replied with an image and the price.Originally posted by vkuchhal View Postwent to bachoo yesterday, had a discussion with him on the bag.. he told that RJays Sports Saddlebags won't work only , RJays Platinum Series Super Sport Panniers will be a good fit.
I think rahul is also using the same.. but these where way out of my budget , so now will have to look for the other options.
RJays Super Sport PanniersOriginally posted by nitro66 View Postwhat are the price of RJays Platinum Series Super Sport Panniers.
Costs around AUD 220.
LOL. They probably sold the CBR250 prototype to you and made a profit.Originally posted by bluevolt View PostDon't think too much about it. If I go by my RC, my Ninja is a single cylinder motorcycle.

Okey... Got the point.Originally posted by trustvishwas View PostSince this bike is assembled in India by BAL, it will specify that it is manufactured by BAL.
Originally posted by trustvishwas View PostHowever, I doubt that any Registration certificate will mention bhp. Mine certainly does not.
. I think all the motorcycles' Rcs' have mentioned their respective bhp.
Got a call from PBK chennai today. The Power or bhp mentioned in RC refers to 24KW which is 33hp. So it is clear now.Originally posted by nitro66 View Postmine is also printed as 24 bhp, dont know why? may be there are some rule like higher bhp higher tax or somthing so they are saving some taxes

ROFL. You must have insisted the RTO guys to change it. lolOriginally posted by bluevolt View PostDon't think too much about it. If I go by my RC, my Ninja is a single cylinder motorcycle.

At almost the starting of this thread i said "Ninja is overpriced, Ninja is not worth the bucks KAWASAKI is demanding and all the Blah blah's.
2 days back i rode the machine for the first time for some 20-25 kms, and honestly it is THE BEST bike i have drivven in my 25 years of life.
The feel it gives you, the way needle swipes the tachometer, the way engine pulls, the kick you feel, it covers your balls automatically with steel armour when you put your knee down, the confidence it gives you is almost 100% more than RTR FI (the bike i own and ride)
Those whole 25kms was something else, something i have never experienced, something "real", something i believe will be better'd by I4 600 or a litre.
It made me say to myself when i stopped the bike- "This is what motorcyling is all about".
I eat my words back i said earlier.
"THIS IS THE BIKE you should be blowing your money on".

yes you can ride any bike with a " L " board + learner's license . India is a wonderful country and has not specified any CC / power limitations etc for a learner. the rule book says that " L " Board should be displayed in the front and rear number plate of the bike, and you should have a full license holder as the pillion ( while on practice / road ).
by the way i have got my two wheeler license riding my 350 cc Bullet motorcycle. you have to do a figure of 8 three times non stop on the bike without putting your foot on the ground and its is not an easy thing to do on a bullet. so i did it twice and on third put my foot once on the ground but the Vehicle inspector had some sympathy it seems ( small kid on big bike theory) and passed me.
i hope the rules are still the same.
i like the "Learning to ride" thing on a ninja ( for India ) good going there.Mountain biking on impulse with my wife and our bike goes down in water
