Yup, the kwacker 650 makes perfect sense for the requirement. And the only option close to it would be the upcoming Hyosung GT650 until the other manufacturers open up.Originally posted by Sunnyside_up! View Post
You're absolutely right and in a land where the ZX6R was being offered, I would be pining for one.
However, I'm a pragmatist first and wish to upgrade to higher power output in a (relatively) refined machine and unless I'm mistaken, currently the 650R is our only option, right?
I'm consoling myself with the fact that most of my riding is on the highways anyway, and the 650R should be upto the job.Last edited by jvh; 01-28-2011, 11:20 PM.Opinions are like assholes, everybody's got one. And most of them are full of shit.

sorry mate my bad. got your pointOriginally posted by jvh View PostYou quoted me wrong mate. Check the above posts. I have never mentioned FE as a priority and in fact was guiding the original FE and performance query poster dharmana over what he wanted.
Perhaps you wanted to address him?
As for me, I'll be riding after 3.5 years in India after I buy any one of the bikes in April-May. So, thought of starting with a 250cc. And my initial hesitation was similar to dharmana where he posted that 250cc would get bored after a few months. Nothing related to FE but yes performance, for sure

these are what i've got.Originally posted by joshishaan View PostGot my ninja back after repairs exactly after a month. But have to compromise. I had to change the left , right and front faring ( cowl ) but the replaced one's come without the NINJA sticker. PBK guys say stickers are not available easilyand will take alot of time. Guys can anyone help me out with stickers.
Bike looks incomplete without them
also would like to know are the same available outside. ( The original one's )

Just take the design on a pen drive to a nearby flex / vinyl printer. Get vinyl printed @ max Rs.25/sq.ft and you can paste it yourself. If you wish, you can get couple of more logos printed so if one gets scratched, you can replace it. This is the cheapest alternative.Originally posted by joshishaan View PostThanks a ton Xionite

You can also put in a transparent vinyl on top of logo to ensure that it does not come out. Otherwise, you will need to put in a clear coat paint on top of vinyl.Never argue with an idiot. He will drag you down to his level and then beat you with experience.

From where did you get this info? Are you really sure that 7k is redline for 650? Wanna bet on it?Originally posted by <F.I> View Postu r perfectly rite about the 650 being more of a tourer. it redlines at 7k which compared to the 250 kwacker is quiet low . i mean at around 7k the 250 actually opens up.Never argue with an idiot. i can send u the file in CDR or EPS format.
you can then get it printed at any reflector guy with a vinyl cutter/plotter.
once you have the sticker on... it would be good if you could spray on a coat of clear coat over it.
the Kawasaki 650R redlines at 11000 rpmOriginally posted by <F.I> View Postu r perfectly rite about the 650 being more of a tourer. it redlines at 7k which compared to the 250 kwacker is quiet low . i mean at around 7k the 250 actually opens up.
and if you we're referring to the Hyosung 650R...
it generates 84bhp at 9000 rpm and goes all the way up to 10500 rpm..

Please make sure that you are not pasting reflective radium as it is very difficult to come off.Originally posted by xionite View Postno problem. let me know the size u need.
