hi Guys --
I got my Black Ninja250R today after waiting for over 4 months.
The performance is as good as expected..
but i noticed a few things:
One is that after riding my bike for sometime, when i stop, it feels that the bike is shaking left-right(very minutely but I can feel that). Initially i thought I was hallucinating due to over-excitement but that wasn't the case. This thing kept me haunting the full day though no problems were witnessed while riding. Is this a thing I should be worried about?
Secondly, I got my tank up over the brim of my petrol tank. Result was that extra fuel (above a metallic plate in fuel tank) drained from the rubber tube below the pipe. Called up the PBK guys suspecting some fuel leakage. So was told to tank up only till the brim of fuel tank. Hence a lesson learnt.
Can some veteran Ninja owners help me out with the bike-shaking issue.
Thanks in Advance..!!
Happy Riding..

The bike is swaying at stop because of the petrol in the tank is sloshing around, nothing to worry aboutOriginally posted by navish07 View Posthi Guys --

As Bluevolt said, the bike sways noticeably if fuel tank is full. As fuel level goes down, it is not noticeable. I was puzzled because of swaying for a full month, then found out the reasonOriginally posted by bluevolt View PostThe bike is swaying at stop because of the petrol in the tank is sloshing around, nothing to worry about
Never argue with an idiot. He will drag you down to his level and then beat you with experience.

Congratulations, navish07. Ride safe. I'll preempt another question you might have with this reply - soon enough you'll notice that whenever you stop after a ride, there's a funny whine coming from the tank. That's air getting sucked in to fill the vaccuum from the fuel used.Originally posted by navish07 View Posthi Guys --

Don't know about other bikes since I don't own any. But all Ninjas do.Originally posted by sheelpriye View PostWon't all the bikes be swaying with a tank-full?
@TV - Hope Biru has gone through your signature?
Yes. Biru has been warned about my signature.

Its one of the Ninja's unique characteristics, compared to regular commuter bikes.

I experienced this when i just took delivery of my ninja. Tanked up right after the delivery and was riding back to do the ceremonial pooja and stuff. Stopped at a traffic light and the bike swayed so slightly. I though that a biker next to me grazed my bike while squeezing through and gave him a long cold stare. He was puzzled and looked away, avoiding eye contact. I almost confronted him and just then the lights went green.Originally posted by trustvishwas View PostAs Bluevolt said, the bike sways noticeably if fuel tank is full. Came home and inspected the bike thoroughly for fingerprints, scratches, etc. and luckily there were none. Only after a few rides and maybe a month or so, i figured its the fuel in the tank that was making the bike waltz.
