Complete list is given on page 38 of owner's manual as well as at the the back of respective service coupons... Apart from other small things, list mainly consists of the things you just mentioned...

Upto 20-25K kms or 2years, HH ASS does literally nothing, they just change oil, do general checks and attend to issues customer raises. If supervisor /mechanics are in good mood they may follow few more additional checks (prescribed back of the coupon)....however do check the maintaience schedule matrix carefully, check if Fi unit needs tuning @X kms etc etc...think about warranty terms as well...

              • Going to buy ZMR this march

By the end of the first week of march, most probably I am going to own a ZMR. Up until october'10, I had followed this thread religiously because I was going to buy one then itself but couldn't. I am from Hyderabad but for the next couple of months I am going to be in Vellore, TN, which is around 650 km from Hyd. I was thinking of buying the bike in hyd and riding down to Vellore as its run-in. Is this advisable?

well if you follow the run-in rules then there's no problem..just don't rip your bike on high rpm's & take brakes after covering certain distance, my friend also did something like this on his brand new black ZMR..

ZMR is already perfect and such a great eye catcher... It's nearly impossible to improve it further...

Nope I dont agree that it is completely perfect.
There is a lot scope of improvement. They can do a lot more to this bike than just changing the grab rails.
Make the bike more slicker, increase power and capacity of the bike, and many more points which can be made
