Sir is it due to corrosion of battery terminals? I had starting problem before and it was gone after cleaning the battery terminals.

Corrosion contributes to the loose contact...Loose contact as a problem could be due to corrosion, battery contact fouled, connection nut and bolt not fully tight, wire soldered to battery terminal is not soldered properly ,and any one or combination of these could lead to the common referred "loose contact" problem.

I got a problem with the clutch. Atleast thats what I think. I am able to start the bike on first gear, even without engaging the clutch- As in, it would give a jerk forward and stop. Shouldnt there be some clutch switch which makes the bike start only when the clutch is engaged?

            What could the problem be?
clutch switch activates only when lever is fully depressed.

                        CDI= 3 Amps
Rear lights at night + braking = 10+42=52 watts=4.4 Amps
Charging of good battery = 2.5 Amps
                        Turn indicator =21+21=42 watts=3.5 Amps
                        Pilot lights + city lights =18 watts= 1.5 Amps
Stock head light 35/35 watts = 3 Amps.....
Total power in Amps = 17.9 Amps..
So at night the demand on the Generator is max...and during day it is less and the battery gets a chance to get charged from which the extra demand during night riding is drawn...so upgrading to higher than 50/60 watts head light will put a strain on the RR and battery in the night...
The saving grace in the calculation is that even at night the turn indicators and brake lights are used intermittently, thereby giving the battery a chance to get charged, during night drive also.
                        Just my thought.....

hey dude...i had 1 question, cant we use LED's for all 4 indicators, 2 pilot lamps & brake lights in zma? To reduce the load on battery

i mean is this MOD possible?

yes it is possible. u can buy led bulbs for pilot lamps, indicators and brake lights however on brake light u can also make a custom setup and someone has done it on ZMA and it is in DIY thread, refer to that...

My ZMR has no vibration noise , not even when it reach 120 kmph speed.

I think there is some fitting mistake in your ZMR front fairing. Some of front fairing rubber packing in petrol tank is not perfect.

Ask HH svc to remove & refit the front whole fairing. If they dont know ( if there is no one trained mechanic for ZMR ) change your service center to another where trained mechanic is. You can check it by asking to SVC workshop manager .

If you still get the problem then just go to HH website & fill a online complaint give all your details there. They will perfectly solve your problem.

I think someone is know the number of HH main person who handle the problems , i cant remember just check the old posts in this topic & ask that man to give you number & then you can also call the HH & ask for solution.
And if you got that number then please tell me also i need it.
