The problem I face in my bike are:

    1. Rattling sound from fairing when I drive at high speeds in every gear
ZMA and ZMR are born with this problem..placing self sticking soft pads at critical areas ,will cure it for some time.
    2. Squeak sound when I turn the handle by left to lock the bike
Your T stem (cone set) needs lube
    3. Squeak sounds from rear shocks when riding with pillion
Shock absorber mounting needs to be cleaned and lubed.
    4. Rear LED assemblty glowing really low & few LEDs not glowing at all (The fiber frame over LED assembly developed a 2 inch crack when a bus hit my girl from behind & I was managing with a transperant cellophane tape over it )
Need to replace it...both LED assembly and the rear plastic frame

Kindly suggest me ways to fix them...

last Saturday i was in a trip to my native ( kodai kanal ) . . . ! while returning back and riding downhill ! after a 13 hairpin bends at 6am in the early morning i heart a thud sound from front the M45 front! ZMR totally went out of control , the handle bars wobbled like a circus cyclist . some how i managed a crash and ZMR came to a halt ! see the pics below .

this fellow (M45) is troubling my sweet heart ( ZMR ) . this is the second Tyre, already i changed the Tyre under warranty because of some noise !
      now this issue !

        3. Check for any dust around

        4. Check with SVC...if can be repaired then they will surely do...otherwise need to replace..
Thanks for ur advice Veryhiphop ... Will do the same

OMG!!! Its good that this incident didn't happen when you were riding in the hair pin bends!!
Was it a puncture or bursted tyre???

You were using it as tubeless ?? Tube type tyre can go wrong when fate is bad when using it as tubeless. Good that you are safe.

IMO - Better not to risk on front wheel !!

It doesn't come under warranty. Insurance, you can claim but not worth to claim for the fiber as it covers only 70 or 80%. I don't think the parts you are telling are very expensive to claim insurance.
