I am reposting this, I really need the help. I bought Osram NB bulb and went to the SVC for them to fix it. They said they'll have to open the fairing and everything to fix it. Please can someone guide me as to how to do it myself. I plan on doing it as soon as possible. Thank you in advance.

Where in Hyd did u get that and how much did it cost you? Even I'm planning to get it and fixed on my ZMR. I guess some where in the lights section or this thread I read about fixing the headlight in ZMR. I'll try to find it for you. But I guess the SVC people should be knowing it better!

No warranty void in change of spark plug..

From what people here were discussing I thought you just need to open a few screws and the headlight assembly comes out, you can change the bulb and put it back in. But at the SC, they said they have to open the fairing and stuff. I left immediately.

I even went to a mechanic and he said the same thing. Looks like I'll have to do it myself. Can someone please guide me through this please. Thank you.
No need to open full fairing...Just open a console around the meter console...6 screws will be there..then you can easily access the pilot bulb and headlight bulb....once you open found round rubber cover..pull it and change a bulb..

The entire bore, piston, and Crank shaft had been replaced...and all this in one year and 11,000Kms....Hard to believe a Honda engine going for a engine replacement like this in such a short span of time and usage.....Try to find out why this had been done from the A.S.S.to avoid future occurrence.

From last 4/5 months i was facing some engine noise....and it was continues increasing...smoothness/pickup was gone...after visiting several checkup found that timingchain need to be replaced..also there was some oil leakage i found couple of days back...when SVC take it to service they notice some other problems...

I too was surprised for all the parts changed...

When i inquired about problem why this has happen..they said...it surely cause due to harsh riding...from tomorrow i am taking it very softly..in gear change and not accelerating too much..

Although Manager is currently is in Training from HH in Gurgoun..i will call him today night to found exact problem...

Also, when i checked with the SVC for replace parts they only able to show me timing chain rest was not there..they said other parts has been deposited to store manager...may be they have not changed parts in my ZMR but has billed and next claim it from HH...corruption ..
