    The ZMA-R Alternator/generator is 188 Watts...at 12 Volts it is 15.6 Amps capacity.
In ZMR the alternator/generator is 232 watts...at 12 volts it is 19.3 Amps capacity.
The battery in both bikes is for starting and voltage buffering need of the DC CDI only.Like in cars the Stator coil has enough and more capacity to take care of the electrical need of the bike.

nice one...so if we put 55w bulb..it will not take a load on battery...right...

Where did you get that figures from ? Are you telling thats the output from the RR? I mean at that amps ?

In that case I have to measure the charge rate with peak load. Will try to do it this weekend. I have used dual tube HID's which draws around 7amps. But 19amps. I am greedy now

          40 W BI-XENON ? HID or H4 Halogen ? Philips or other ?

The Snaps are taken check the pictures attached.

          1) First picture is of Philips Blue Vision White Light Parking Bulbs of 12v 5w 4000k.

          2) Second picture is of Philips Xenon Ultimate Effect Blue Vision Ultra White Light 12v 55/60w 4000k Low Beam

          3) Third picture is of Philips Xenon Ultimate Effect Blue Vision Ultra White Light 12v 55/60w 4000k High Beam

          2) Fourth picture is of Philips Xenon Ultimate Effect Blue Vision Ultra White Light 12v 55/60w 4000k Both Low & High Beam
Hi, So to get Philips Xenon fitted in ZMR, what are the other things you have to do, such as relay etc, or it is directly fitted?
Replace the words "I have to" with "I choose to" and notice the difference in how you feel.

It is the spec from HH...The generator in all ZMA are Three phase like in the car Alternators and is superior in providing strong continuous Current...You must take into consideration other loads also..ie.,
            CDI= 3 Amps
Rear lights at night + braking = 10+42=52 watts=4.4 Amps
Charging of good battery = 2.5 Amps
            Turn indicator =21+21=42 watts=3.5 Amps
            Pilot lights + city lights =18 watts= 1.5 Amps
Stock head light 35/35 watts = 3 Amps.....
Total power in Amps = 17.9 Amps..
So at night the demand on the Generator is max...and during day it is less and the battery gets a chance to get charged from which the extra demand during night riding is drawn...so upgrading to higher than 50/60 watts head light will put a strain on the RR and battery in the night...
The saving grace in the calculation is that even at night the turn indicators and brake lights are used intermittently, thereby giving the battery a chance to get charged, during night drive also.
            Just my thought.....

Nothing extra needed its the same H4 bulb so got fitted directly in socket. & i myself fitted it at home.

& i think to get relay or cutout for it is better thats why i am searching for it.

By the way Dhiraj can you please tell how to apply the tire foam ? i asked here http://www.xbhp.com/talkies/motorcyc...tml#post602938

Thanks bro, so the kit comes with One HID Bulb and 2 pilot lamps? and what is the price?

Place the tire foam 6 inch away frm tyre, rotate d tire in slow motion
start spraying, dnt let it get on tire thread, else u get slip while riding. dnt do anything after spraying, it will do it work after smetime u will see d difference.
wipe out the acces which flows and get on RIM, so wipe out that immediately

Oh. I make tire shinning by washing it with cloth soap & cleaning with old toothbrush.

The light spread good on road check the pictures attached.

If you want more focus then you might go for 43000 K or 5000 K same Philips bulb . But i haven't choose that bulb cause its not white as the one 4000k i am using now . Cause 4000k bulb is fully BLUE in colour while the 4300k & 5000k has top of bulb in silver colour.
