Don't use the term slime gel when talking to mechs. Ask them to coat the tire walls after dismounting it from the alloy with the liquid solution they use. Its nothing but, local slime.
Also, if you have seen bicycle mechanics repair punctures, they use a red fluid to stick old rubber patches over the punctured area. That red fluid would work wonders too.

But first of all, visit a tire showroom (MRF/Ceat) and get the rim checked for bends.

Just get that Synthetic Enamel or Fevi Bond like @psr sir mentioned and get the road side guys to open the tire and apply that enamel or fevi bond.. let it dry and then fit the tire back.. pump air and check if the problem persists.. If no.. well and good if yes.. you can try and check if the air is leaking from the air inlet mouth.. if that is fine too.. then you will have to change the Alloy wheel I am afraid..

Unless he has a copy of the job card(s) mentioning the problem since first service, they won't agree easily. Let's see how it pans out.

First i will fight with SVC guys for a resolution and if tat doesn't work i mean if he is not willing to do it for free i will go for local mechanic as suggested by you guys . Does the SVC has the facility to check for rim bends ???

My friends suggested me to check the Air inlet pin also .

What is amount of PSI you guys lose in week tym in ur Front n rear tyres ????

The ideal method to do it, is to deflate tire, press the tire edges ,on both sides , into the rim on BOTH sides and then ,with TIRE sitting in the center of rim, apply the Fevibond either on the tire or rim (or both)and inflate....Rubber based adhesives are pliable, and once dry also remain just like a thin coat of rubber. It will be easy to remove Tire ,if needed...If you apply Emulsion Paint ,...the thinner, Acetone,Toulene in it,will react with the rubber, dissolve it,and form a bond with metal rim...when you remove tire, this bond will not be pliable and may cause the edge of tire to shear.

In use when the tire goes over a bump or pot hole the entire tire including it's rim will flex, and in this regard the Rubber based adhesive is superior

This bike was developed with EBR and used in AMA Racing. We'd get a subtle version of this in the CBR territory. Nothing on HMC dot com yet!

Sir.. your experience is way beyond my experience Keep it up sir.. your help is much appreciated

                    ----consecutive posts auto-merged-----

After a very long research and with the help of @psr sir.. I was finally able to get the Shell Rimula R4 15W40 Diesel Engine oil for my Black Pearl and my friend's Black Panther..

Yup.. after almost a week of research.. called up from one of the numbers found in the link given by psr sir.. they said they were whole sale store and don't have anything less than 15L.. I was like i am not gonna need that much please let me know any dealer who is selling it in Delhi/NCR.. He asked me to call him after 15 mins as he had to find out..

called him after 15 minutes and alas.. he said no one has less than 5L can

I was like.. Please give me 3lts of the oil and I am ready to pay extra money for it..

He thought for a second and he gave me another phone number.. he also told me not to tell him that he gave this contact number.. I called him up.... asked him the availability and immediately he said yes.. and I was asking for a 3ltr can to which he said no.. then I was like how much quantity he has and he said we have 1lt and 5lts.. then I said thank God and asked him the rate.. he quoted 290/- immediately asked him for the address and asked him at what time his shop will close.. when I called.. the time was 6:45.. he said they close at 7:30 PM.. i checked the map immediately to see how far the place is.. I didn't know the directions..

Found that its just 15kms away from my office.. but hey.. 15kms travel in Ghaziabad is like travelling 60kms in an hour.. heavy traffic.. small roads..

                    so i left my office..

i reached their shop exactly at 7:29PM i called him and asked him where the shop is as I couldn't find it.. I was expecting a Lubricate store.. he came out of a small store and took me inside.. asked me how many cans I need.. i told him 3 cans.. he said please sit down.. I sat down and he asked someone to get it..

Thats when i had a smile on my face.. Hard work pays off..

They kept asking for which car and i said for Karizma.. they kept their jaws open.. and were like dont use it.. i said its for research purpose.. lol..

he did say he is facing this problem from the day one.. but I am just wondering how he selected the bike without checking all this before delivery..

I rejected a Karizma before delivery because of the knocking sound from the engine block.. and then I asked them to change the bike and thats when i saw my Black Pearl which I never knew will be mine the next day

Even if that is the case.. air shouldn't reduce by 10psi in a week.. i have not used my bike 2 weeks and not that much reduction was there..
