In a month I fill fuel four times or sometimes five tines. Every time I check the pressure, it would have dropped to less than 15psi from 28 psi. Rear is proper. So I can live with this problem

In reply to both, Arun and Abhi:

Such a drastic fall in air pressure is abnormal and living with it may not be the best idea. The tire/rim has some issues which might surprise you at higher speeds and the results won't be good.
Use warm soap water and pour it evenly in parts over the rim sides to check for air leaks. Do the same for the tire.

I hardly lose 2 psi in either tire in 10 days.
        Got a $5 head? Get a $5 helmet.

Same in case with me.. I check the air pressure once every time i fill up the tank... and not much loss.. sometimes I noticed it has stayed the same and sometimes increased

The rear left GRS of my ZMR was leaking from day 1 and brought it to the service centre's notice, but had to deal with promises and several cell numbers. Fed up with the treatment, I sent a complaint mail through HMC's contact form. Just a few moments ago, the manager of the ASC called me up and he sounded pretty terrified. He aksed me to inform HERO hqrs that I have been contacted and that the issue will be resolved in two days.

It's good to see that HERO is ready to listen to customers. Better still if SVCs take initiative.

Just got my bike from the service bro. It was not a service actually. It was about the handling issue and since many bikes were there I had to leave it there from morning 11 to 5 now. Just was about to update you guys. Mech says he changed the bearings as they were out of condition and the water wash further misaligned a bearing (i dunno how) and that was creating the issue at a particular angle of tilt. He says he replaced them. My ride home was fantastic I must say. Smooth handling. Difference is observable. Thanks guys for all your help. I pin pointed the problem to him and made things easier.

Divya bro- actually I had a pucnture and and the local mech could not do it properly. Thinking of rectifying it but not getting the time. Could have done it today but bike was at dream machines and he does not do pucntures. Shall try sorting it out sooner. Thank you

In use when the tire goes over a bump or pot hole the entire tire including it's rim will flex, and in this regard the Rubber based adhesive is superior

Bro.. did you by any chance ride over any pothole? maybe a big one?? both the tires losing pressure seems new to me.. but yeah.. check the air inlet mouth and then try what @Divya Sharan said.. apply soap water and try to find out where the air is leaking from.. that would help find out the issue..

I finally got the Oil Changed.. Rimula.. as expected.. engine is smoother.. gear shifts are still hard but i guess it will take time.. maybe after completing 200kms it will be normal..

one thing i noticed.. the Engine was getting heated quickly.. it rained heavily today by the way.. any idea why I faced this issue?? maybe because the oil is new??

How old is your air filter? Also, how hot is Delhi now? Expect smooth gear shifts post 50-60 kms. I had butter smooth shifts right from the word go. Maybe Mobil1 had a role to play, but most people have reported smooth shifts post 50 kms of the change.

Lol!! I did not know that they do puncture repairs too. Anyway I have to buy new tyres. Waiting for my exams to finish. Shall rectify the puncture issue for now. Am still in a dilemma for tyres. Psd is the one I know but am not ready to sacrifice that pick up I have. I still need to make up my mind. So shall change tyres after exams and shall rectify this issue temporarily.

I suspect your clutch plates nearing their end. Or maybe the chain sprocket kit if you're still on stock ones. Get the chain adjusted if its loose/tight and see.
I get 79-80 kmph at 5000 RPM in 5th for the first few seconds and if I pin the throttle at 80-82, the tacho stays stable at 5-5.1 k approximately. It was always like this, it wasn't affected by the tire/oil change.

I get 79-80 kmph at 5000 RPM in 5th for the first few seconds and if I pin the throttle at 80-82, the tacho stays stable at 5-5.1 k approximately. It was always like this, it wasn't affected by the tire/oil change.
Ok.. now on my way to office i noticed the speed is back to normal.. wtf might have happened?? I don't know.. my chain sprockets are just 2500kms or less old.. maybe clutch plates like you said.. but isnt it too early for it?? The engine didnt heat up today morning after 10km ride...
