Was out of office for almost 2hrs in search of Shell Rimula R3X/R4.. nowhere in Noida i was able to find it.. they either had Shell Rimula R2 or Helix.. Now.. I am yet to go to Karol Bagh... Would have gone if the climate was good enough.. its just too hot.. me and my friend @manojmsoni almost got fried by the stupid hot sun.. Thought I should bring the car tomo and go to Karol bagh.. its soo damn hard to find Rimula up here in North :'(

by chance if someone helps to source it.. how much will they charge for courier??

Maybe between 50-70 rupees for a National courier considering that its a liquid consumable.




I have the same GF for 7 years now , and boy does she command her orders over me! Call her every 2 hours when touring and god forbid if I'm unable to text/call her when in hills, its doomsday for me. She likes riding pillion, but she starts dozing off since I don't like chatting all the way while touring. She almost fell off the bike recently (she dozed off) while doing a 350 km trip.

Good to be back in the forum again n posting after a gap of 5 months . It has been nearly 8 months since my ZMR first ride . . One problem that exists from day 1 is losing 8-10 PSI in a week in my tubeless tyres both front n rear . I posted about this problem in this forum but someone suggested to apply slime gel . I couldnt find tat gel so i am topping up ma air every week . MY 3rd service is due this week is there anything service center people can do about it ?? If yes can you please what to tell to the service center people. Thanks in advance for ur helpful suggestions

Well, first you have to find out from where the air is leaking.. very minute gap can cause the air leakage when it comes to tubeless tires..

what I would suggest is to take your bike to the service center guys and give a call to the Works Manager here in Delhi and ask him for his suggestion as what you are gonna explain to him is not gonna help..

call him and tell him that the air is leaking from the tubeless tire and there is no puncture and ask him to explain it to the service center guys at your location.. Just for reference you can contact him and seek his help.. tell him you got his number referred by a friend in Delhi he might get happy that someone referred him.. lol

The technique here is.. they will remove the Tire, and coat the inner part of the alloy wheel once again and that does the job.. try to explain this to them..

Slime gel is what Reneav also suggested. SVC folk will apply a liquid solution to the inner wall of the tire and put it back.
Also, get the rim checked for minute bends.

@rreneav1987 - R4 is available in 5L bottles here.

For applying slime gel they r charging 300 Rs + (Taxes Extra ) . . Tat is huge amount to pay for not my mistake n bike is still in warranty period . . .

Shell Rimula R3X and R4 in 1 liter packs are easily available in Chennai...I don't know why it is not easy to get the same in Northern part of India....

I'm not sure how warranty relates to tires/punctures/air loss/rim bends etc. Touch-wood, I haven't had a single puncture so far in the 28.4k kms so far, but that doesn't relate to warranty/guarantee in any way. These are treated under consumables and you may have to put up a real big scene to get it done for free.

BTW, take your bike to a road side mech and get the job done within 100 rupees.

Instead of synthetic enamel, try using some Rubber based adhesive on the inside of rim ....ie., Fevi bond,or some of their unique range ..

Use only Rubber based Adhesive and not Epoxy...

Well, this was done for me when I put up a big complaint on the service center guys and the Owner of Pashupati Motors had a meeting with Mr. Sunil and me along with my friend who acted like he was a lawyer and as if we were going to register a consumer court complaint..

well this complaint was because of some careless problem due to which I lost almost 15000/- worth products (mobile and helmet) as i was robbed..

so all this drama made them give a proper service for my bike at free of cost.. of course my bike was under warranty as well..

If your bike is still under warranty.. give a complaint to the works manager there at your SVC and fight back saying my bike is still under warranty and I am facing this problem ever since purchase.. if you are not going to fix the problem.. I will have to go the higher authorities etc etc..
