I have been to valparai once with my cousins and bro in car.. that too late in the evening.. My god.. it was soo damn scary.. the animal sounds.. oof.. and no light.. we were like the only people coming on that road..

since my uncle an IFS.. we were able to go through easily by mentioning his name

Not sure if you know my uncle or relatives.. my uncle used to be an inspector in Pollachi.. name Paul Raj..

Pollachi is a nice place to be in.. I have been to Kodaikanal.. with my family though.. but again.. had loads of fun..

Also, as from below two images.... assembly bracket alignment from chain side and disc side is not same.....from chain side measured to 2 inch from scale top and near to 2 inch from disc assembly....almost a gap of 0.75 inch.....it should be same to align tyre in middle....can owners of PSD on ZMR suggest there setting...comments///suggestion...

You sure do have a problem........look closely on the markings on the Swing arm on both sides and adjust correctly

If it to be corrected then tyre touches to chain guard.....

I mean from a bit far else pour some water on the floor and ride over the water.. then ride with straight handlebar in a straight line.. then take a pic of the water mark on the ground.. just wanna see if the tires are aligned properly

Then i think the Washer on the sprocket side of Axle had been missed....suggest you buy 3 nos of 1mm thick washer which can go over the sprocket axle and insert the washer between the sprocket axle and swing arm,and see if that solves the problem of the tire touching the Chain guard/swing arm.....Also Check for the collar size and length on each side...if they had been interchanged also this problem will arise...

@veryhiphop.. Maybe during service.. the SVC guys might have misplaced it and might have replaced with a smaller washer which comes for smaller bikes.. i will check for a pic of my ZMR's rear tire removed and I will try to upload it..
