    I am planning to replace the engine oil from Stock to FS of Motul, after some research i have decided to go for Motul 7100 10W40. but it is not available, the shopkeeper said he has Mobil 1 Racing 4T 10W-40, Which is around Rs.850, i just want to known should i go for Mobil, Has anyone used it ? hows its performance? please guide me as i want to change the oil within a day or so.
    I have not used so can't say but the grade you are going for seems to be most logical as 10w30 is still not available...

          the 35 W is nothing in front of 55W man ! you can go ahead with the 55W !

          no probs on battery for me ! since i will throw off the battery when it is dead and will try for 7AH to Play with my ZMR !

          till now rode ajust 2 hrs in city with the 55W ! so no idea on the battery issue !
          its an advise to switch off the headlight at traffic signals and while idling !

            i love the Karizma's for its sweet nature and stress free engine ! crusing at 5 k Rpm's !

              it wasn't a proper drag event..we just went there to have some fun on our ground zero..they suggested an idea of a drag & i thought why not give it a chance n ZMR proved good in that as well along with its awesome touring capabilities

                    one fellow xbhpian also selling his K&N..he bought it for his A180 but didn't like it..we meet every sunday in G2G's so it'll be easy to have it from him..i just want to know before buying that..will this universal filter also suit FI bikes well? will it harm my bike?

                      hey guys i'm a new rider and recently bought a ZMR on 3rd june..... i filled nearly 9lts petrol since 3rd and since my exa,s are going on din get a chance to ride much.... and its just been 160kms and the 1st dot is blinkin.... is it tat the fuel economy is low coz d bike is new?? and the HH guy said each dot indicates 2lts..... and also is it fine to shift gear at abt 3-3.5k rpm???
                      my engine's music is THE only music i love to HEAR!!

                        9lts is about to finish in 160kms ..new bike's FE isn't this much low..it seems impossible for me

                          That is very low even for new bike , might be the indicator settings are wrong , try filling few ltrs again and check how much you ride with it .

                              I think a higher amp battery mod is not possible in ZMR,So a stock replacement battery is needed.

                              IMO don't go for K&N,Just for a roaring sound and a very little increase in power.Go for it if you are ready to spend money and kill your mileage in ZMR as it is FI.

                                I guess any UPS battery will fit. But upgrading from 6aH to 7aH really doesn't make sense (IMO). Try if u can source a 9aH compact battery or go with stock. ZMR has an excellent coil with which you can play around with any kind of load.

                                True ! As the fuel is injected in real time the fuel efficiency will definitely hamper. Also make sure you fit the K&N inside the Air Filter box to play safe with engine/FI unit internals. If you are ready to take risk then only fit it to throttle body directly.
