Look this is nothing but a fancy dream that, one is good and other one is bad.
All the engine oil companies are not ass...... It's all about you thinking.Stick to something that u r using for a long time.

Always Remember: that ,in this website no one never ever established a Bike company or an engine oil company ,we all r same. The Diff. is someone did 50k km and someone did only 50 km.

And Don't forget it's your money and your time and it's your bike DO WHATEVER U WANT, buddy.

      • At last even I got 60+ mileage.. whoaaaaa... this time I got 61 kmpl.. trip meter showed 414kms with 6.72 ltrs.. was very conscious about my riding style(max speed 68kmph) and yeah switched off engine at every traffic signal. So far I was getting 55kmpl, which is with speeds consistently above 70.

          • hello! bought a red pulsar 135 few days back..it is my first bike done only 40km till now..riding speed mostly between 30-40..hav a few queries..

1)I hav put total of 2.8l of petrol to the bike till now..1l was put by khivraj when i bought it..rest was by me..the fuel thing is in reserve from the time i hav the bike..and today shows only 1 bar..If i want to fill like some 3-4 l shud i leave the fuel knob on reserve and fill the fuel or should i turn it ON and then fuel it up??

2)what is the exact way of knowing the mileage using the trip meter? its lil confusing for me..

3)please gimme tips on how to wash every part of the bike..also dont wanna ruin the sexy red color of my bike

donno, if fuel knob position has any effect.. you can turn it on after filling the tank. Once your bike comes to reserve, fill the petrol, press the trip meter reset button so that it will show zero.. that's it, see the trip meter reading again when you come to reserve.. that should give you mileage.

If you are gonna wash the bike.. get a mild shampoo.. mix a cup or half-a-cup in lukewarm water and then try washing by splashing the water with mug.. or the water wash guy is always there for you . After the wash leave the bike under sun for while to become dry. Then apply wax (formula 1 or carnuabe or any other you can get) and leave it for another ten minutes.. then take a dry cloth and rub it in circular motion.. you can see the shine back on your bike.

OH.. almost forgot!! congrats on your new ride..

Ans: First fill the fuel and then turn it on(fuel knob).
Look, when the tank is empty or tends to empty the fuel tank is full of air. And der is a chance that the extra amount of air may go into the fuel pipe, and cause an uneven fuel supply.(Just simple Physics).
This thing was happend to me when i was taking delivery of my bike and that's how i came to know about it.

Ans: When your bike runs on reserve put 1 L fuel and on the fuel knob, then set the trip meter zero. Now run your bike upto the level of reserve.when the bike reserved again see the trip meter and you'll come to know the km it runs on a liter of fuel and that is your mileage.

use the reserved fuel to reach the petrol pump.

Ans:If you are going for teflon coating then only water wash is enough. But if not then use of a good shampoo is more then enough and use polish. But use polish only after 2nd or 3rd serv. And don't usually put your bike under direct sunlight.use spong or soft cloth for wash. just treat it like your own skin and body.

                        • Hi guys,
I am going to buy P135,before that I have a doubt. I need your advice!
Can pillion feel comfortable while travelling by P135 ?(Especially mother or aunty)
My mom's weight is 74kg and my father's is 80 kg.
                          Will pulsar suits for them?

look, for men it's all right.
but if your mom is not used to some sporty bike pillion ride then i must say dr gonna be some probs.
but as u said, weight of u your mom is around 74 kg i don't think dr gonna be some real trouble.

Well pulsar suits them or not, it's a complete personal choice and opinion.

yesterday i saw an aged(53 or 56) person riding pulsar 150.so, it's completely personal view.
If your father feel comfrtbl then 135 LS.
You know what the first day i saw 135 LS on road was an 48 to 52 years old
                            person riding it.

Keep the payload of bike in mind when you have pillion.. it's around 130kg..
Don't think elders, especially ladies will be comfortable with this bike.. splendor/passion plus are best for them.. as the seating position is flat.. in contrast most of today's bikes will have seat with some angle, which is not comfortable for them.

Hi guys.. hope you all are enjoying the ride.

My ride has got a small problem..after second service.. screeching noise comes whenever I go on a speed breaker. Now this is not hampering the bike in any way.. it just creates an eerie feeling that something is wrong. svc guy says that all bikes got the same problem.. it's nothing, he just greased the rod that's above foot pegs, but it's not going away. Did anyone face the same problem?? any idea how to reduce the noise.
