may be that "khad" converts to "khat khat" over the period of time....

But it was worth the investment, or i would had to keep changing my brake pads as they were wearing out really fast on the old disc. Some pics here to compare the old and new disc!!
Hehehee, I can understand your feeling-I also got the disc plate of my Fiero F2 changed last week. It costed me Rs.1610 for the disc alone. Hope you got the pads as well as oil changed. The difference in braking felt is profound!

22 or 23? cos, when i got it replaced under warranty, 22 balls was placed. While there was gap for 1 more ball. SVC guys said there are 22 balls only. Is it the reason for khat khat noise?
There's lot to it other than saddle....

The RTR 160 Petal disc is 270mm dia while my A150 has 240mm dia disc. So if i want the Petal disc on my A150 I will have to change the entire Front brake assembly, which will cost a lot more. So I stuck to the stock Disc.

Yes I did change the brake pads too to a new one. It cost me another 340 Rs/-
The difference is there in the braking now.that too with the north east monsoon lashing out on Tamilnadu, it was a good investment on brakes.

After the latest service I have found the gears to be getting slickers & the engine overall delivering better than in the initial days, the bike seems to be opening up
