The site has the head office no.(pune) and khivraj's numbers. Called up the supervisor and he is reluctant to give the area manager's no.
@neil.jericho
They have a customer service email id: [email protected]

@Praful or @all....
Praful you had seen my bike last time you visited pune....(Lavasa)
Condition of my bike is not so bad after the crash..(thankgod
)....but how much do you think will they charge me to straighten the gear lever...you saw it was a little bent...
And also should i change the crash guard coz it got bent completely, though i have straightened it by pushing (you did a more than me
) i m confused should i replace it coz i m thinking would it take the impact if god forbid i crash again.

they may suggest that you replace the lever all together. On the crash guard, although there is no immediate need to replace it, you can consider replacement since the guard would easily bend the next time(hope there is no next time). My reason for suggesting replacement stems from the perception that if it has been bent in the crash, it must be having a few weak spots in the structure and will be susceptible to an easy deformation.Originally posted by andy.rebels View Post@Praful or @all....

Bangalore might have 1 PBK dealer, but it has 2 PBK service centres. And I personally find the service at AutoService to be very good.Originally posted by neil.jericho View Post@ praful - While talking to the manager of the Popular Bajaj service centre in Koramangala, he was telling me that Bajaj policy is that there will only be 1 PBK centre in each city to avoid cannibalisation. So Khivraj it is.
And if i'm not wrong, Pune/Mumbai/Delhi has more than 1 PBK dealer/svc center.
Get the lever changed, doesn't cost much.Originally posted by andy.rebels View Post@Praful or @all....

About the crash guard, asses the joint at which it is screwed to the frame. If you feel that it might not withstand another crash, then get the left side guard changed, or just ride on....

+1. Good that they have Auto Service. Otherwise we would have been stuck with Khivraj. Thanks to chotarascal (Vicky) and John who guided me to this shop. Auto Service is way better than Khivraj.Originally posted by prafultripathy View PostBangalore might have 1 PBK dealer, but it has 2 PBK service centres. Guys, please suggest which aftermarket oil I can go for during my 1st service. As I had reported earlier, I had got the oil changed at 200Km and it was golden in colour(haven't been able to confirm which brand it was), PBK service poured in red oil and some say it was Motul or Valvoline. But the bike's character has definitely changed and I am seriously thinking of going for better oil even if I have to get in changed twice(first PBK service would change during 1st service, then I'll do it, I really don't know if they'll allow me to change oil in the service center).
Should I go with Motul 5100 4T?

Let the service centre guys put their brand of mineral oil till atleast the first 5K kms. After that think about changing over to a semi-synth or fully-synth oil!Originally posted by montiez View PostGuys, please suggest which aftermarket oil I can go for during my 1st service.
