hehe... no i dont... i am using my friend's ZMa for 10 days( today is day 1) which i am supposedly gonna buy.
I saw that keyhole under the seat near the left indicator. I thought it was a helmet lock.
      My bad.

Thanks man.. I was under the assumption that it was a helmet lock.

Despite the skinny rear rubber the 3/4 look still continues to be the ZMA's (or should I say ZMR's) best angle. Seems to be even better on this integrated LED rear end.

It is actually a 'helmet hanger' in company terms. In my auto-dictionary it is best for carrying light paper or environment friendly plastic bags.

          • Another dumb question from me....
on the right side of the handlebar, the light switch... please temme which is on/off.
            my assumption is
switch on extreme right = off
            middle=parking light
switch on extreme left = headlamp on

Asking this question because I have replaced the 20Amp fuse( supposed to be a 15amp)... but the minute i switch on the headlamp, BOOm.. all the fuses blow up.
some short circuit I assume. no time to get it repaired.

obviously dude. That's like putting only 20ml of engine oil in a drained bike that normally requires 1 litre.
But its ok. We all have started out with silly mistakes. You will get there buddy. But get it repaired soon!

Oh, as for the RHS switches. your assumption needn't be called one anymore. You are absolutely right.

The fuse was given to me by the service centre guys...they told me to put a 20amp fuse.
can someone explain those 4 fuses under the seat to me?
I know 2 are for spare.

                • Hi ppl,
I have asked this before.. but still I am a bit skeptical about this issue.
Should I sell my 2007 september P180(20k km ODO) and get this 2005 Zma ( 28k km ODO)..
Friend's bike. he's too lazy to ride it. He's selling it off for 40k( he quoted 35k initially but then he spent some 5k on service and a few spares). pretty good condition.
I am really confused. I know that I have to follow what my heart says. but still selling a new one for an older one. not really sure what to do..
I have been riding this ZMA for 2 days now(will have it for another 7 days) and I'm loving it more than my Pulsar.
                  Some advice pls...

another doubt: I have read that ZMA's spares are an issue and rare to find. Is that true?

Spares availability certainly was a problem earlier, not sure about current situation. And they are rather expensive compared to the 150s , especially crash damage parts.

Your Pulsar is 2 years younger - I suggest you carry on a year or so more ,there will be some newer more exciting machines then. Anyway you have 7 days to decide if you love the ZMA enough to trade the newer Pulsar.
Man will occasionally stumble over the truth, but most of the time he will pick himself up and continue on.

                        • Best option is Feviquick+sand
                          makes a solid bond.

I tried Feviquick, but it all in vain!! Mutual opinion, it can't handle high end vibrations!!

Sorry brother I do not agree with you. I have seen other people using either Aridilite or Fevi quick. They all have got incredible result. I myself is using Fevi quick. Put it before 2K km in several places. after that taken the bike on all kind of terrain. The Fevi quick is rock solid. Just give it some time to solidify. One hour after applying is enough.
