  • guys since you are spending around 800 bucks for these bulbs.
I would recommend HID,you can get them for around 2K now adays
its a world of difference and even 130 watt halogens cant match light output of 35W HID

160 km/h at 8000 rpm. whereas ur bikes are at 8000 rpm when reached 130 km/h. what say?

        A 14/38 set gives ya 17.71km/h per 1000 RPM , at 8000, that's 141km/h . 160 ? Not quite. And I haven't accounted for speedo error and clutch slip either.

yes it comes with it own wiring and it has a separate Fuse and cable that is connected to battery, just remove wire harness from stock holder and plug this in.

Other than the sound everything else fine . Having nice acceleration and giving good top end (touching 130 without any fuss) ..

                          1. Osram night breaker is 100 w i think .. i think you have to change the relay and coil for that.I think it is illegal also .

                          2. Philips have 55/60 W bulbs . The best one is Philips extreme power H4 bulbs . They are direct fit on the bike. Regarding light , yes it will give more light than stock bulb but if any vehicle is coming in opposite direction you will be blind but when there is no vehicle in opposite side it is more than sufficient
you can drive in any road with confidence.

But the philips extreme power is difficult to get . i dont know the availablity in your city . In chennai it is availabel in only one shop as far as i know .
(many shops never heard about this bike ) .

It will come only in pair .For 1 pair it iwll cost you 800 rs.

You can check the pictures below.
Danks for the detailed info. dude! I'll go for Phillips BTW, they are easily available in Ahmedabad! \m/

Buy H4 bulb (do not buy H7, it will not fit). Any type is okay. Sourcing it is difficult though. I guess only one type is available in market.
