Hey guys i have changed the brake lines to steel braided brake lines from pulsar 220. But iam confused on the clamping of it. Iam currently having a no clamp setup with the ends of the lines connected to the calliper and the master cylinder. I have earlier read about people who have did the pulsar 220 brake lines on karizma. Please tell me what clamping setup you have used..

Thank you bro.. I did a trial and error method. Removed the clamping from the old clamping and clamped it to the old one and used a cable tie... To keep it alligned.. Now it looks neat and doesnt move around. [emoji4]

Iam planning to fit an aftermarket exhaust on my zma. The stock one is too heavy and bulky.. Iam not planning to cut the bendpipe.. Rather planning to fabricate a new one. I.have seen the new duke 390 sidemount exhaust getting fixed on a karizma.. Its sounds better not that loud though. What would be the cost for bend pipe fabrication.. Has anyone done. It earlier.. And what is material used.

Got the list of parts to be replaced after disassembling the engine.

The reason for the earlier seizure was due to the oil pump cup developing a crack which reduced oil pressure and resulted in the head running dry.

The same also needs to be sourced.

The dilemma we're in is whether to get the crank overhauled at the lathe or simply buy a new crank.

As for the carburetor we plan on plonking the Bajaj P180 BS4's carburetor, also considering shoehorning its air box into the chassis but uncertain on how things would turn out.

                          Do share your thoughts.

                          Cheers,
                          A.P.
