Check the wiring, the neutral switch is basically a ground, so if your light is coming on all the time then you need to check the wiring for grounding.

        Here's the neutral wire and switch;

Its a spring loaded clip, when disconnected the neutral light shouldn't light up, reconnect properly ensuring that there is no other ground and if the issue persists get the switch replaced.

The neutral light once completely went off.
After replacement of neutral switch,it didnt glow at all.
After a day or so ,it started blinking in every gear.

As I've already said, the neutral switch is a ground switch.

If your light is blinking all the time then you need to check and see if there is any shorting causing ground, if not then change the clutch switch.

I would suggest you take the front sprocket cover off and start inspecting, this is an open and shut case.

                  Yes. It is 10w30
Before 2005, recommended grade was 20w40.

There is no white smoke. Just wanted to confirm.

If there is no residue at exhaust tip or SP tip then all is well.

Motul's tend to vanish for some reason.

on hot engine ,it becomes impossible for me to switch to neutral.

On hot engine when i leave my bike for 2 minutes ,then I am able to find neutral easily

Also neutral light is blinking in every gear.
Replaced neutral switch ,and checked wiring for earthing
                            but no issues found there.
are these two things co related ,to the part which helps in shifting gear?

Check your neutral switch for continuity while shifting gears with a multi-meter.

The part that deals with the neutral switch and shift quality is the shifter drum.

If exhaust is fine then SP would most likely be fine as well.
