      Sir,
Ordered tps of 200ns from 99rpm.com today. I'll try my best to fix it to the carburetor. And sir, I'm planning to change spark plug to g power. Do I have to change the plug cable for using spark plug?

Ngk G power is normal plug with pointed tip . cable change is not required.

Sir is the oil deposit on clutch normal?
No the inside of an engine is supposed to be like new..this discoloring could be due to late oil changes, or only topping up oil and not changing it at regular intervals...Of course it is possible that the oil used also is less in detergents, which keeps the internals clean.. You can use Shell Rimula R3 or R4 for 3 oil changes of 1,800 ~ 2,200 kms each change. Since Diesel oils contain more Detergents the engine will be cleaned...

NGK " G " power plugs are nothing but same spec plugs with Platinum tip . The ground electrode remains conventional Nickel and only the firing tip is Platinum. It gives better spark due to thinner profile and so with even lesser spark energy a spark is possible. NO need to change any part in the vehicle.

Planning to change back tyre to 110mm width and front to 80or 90 mm. Will it affect FE? Also, which are the good tyres for karizma?

                    80/100 18 is idle for 2.75 18 , 100/90 18 is good don't oversize .

Made a mistake[emoji23] bought 90/90-18 mrf zapper kurve f for front and it rubbing on inner sides of mudguard now. Was using a tyre of some cheap brand came with the used bike I bought. Must say the handling and braking has really improved but it touches the mudguard[emoji20]

I'm looking for a budget dual purpose tyre for rear now.. I've only found sirac street and heard it is too heavy for zma. Are there any other options? Or should I go with sirac?

Check Ceat and Ralco. Dual purpose tires are commonly referred to as "Button" tires.

                              Hi,
Welcome to Karizma club. I am pleasantly surprised that instead of getting a new bike of this age you bought yourself a 2007 Karizma!
I am sure you did it because you are aware of the Pros and Cons of this machine.

PM me your email id and I will send you the parts catalog in a few days.
About service manual, I am also looking for myself.
