Thank you very much sir. It is a blessing for us that you are here[emoji7].
I've found some aftermarket tps in aliexpress. Is there any chance that I can use one of them??
Or can I use tps of an old carburetor of another bike or zma?
    Thanks in advance[emoji2]

The end of the shaft is not slotted to accept a TPS and so you may not be able to fit a TPS with this Carburetor.. Alternatively by cutting a slot into the circular end, you can connect a TPS..still there is another small plastic part which is a 90 degrees offset unit to connect the TPS...here is a picture to explain the same..You can see the protruding end of the throttle blade axis which has the vertical slot and part 17 which is the 90 degrees offset plastic piece to make a precise connection to the TPS...Of course this small plastic off set piece is required since the throttle actuation slot and TPS slots are originally 90 degrees offset...so while forming the groove on the shaft you can do the offset correction easily...by cutting the slot in line with TPS requirement

I'll try to make a slot for tps. But I've no idea about which tps I should use. Any help will be appreciated[emoji2]. And again, thanks in advance[emoji7]

The original TPS is a direct fit and needs little or no Mods....everything else will need some work done to fit it in place correctly..

Sir, I don't have the original tps with me and the new one costs more than 3500. I've found that tps of a pulsar 200ns costs only 319 rs. I don't know why just a tps is priced at 3500. If you think any other alternatives are there, please let me know[emoji846]

                Hi all

I have been using my friend’s Zma’s carburetor since i face issues with mine. Today i have managed to to source a working carburetor.

While cleaning the carburetor, the part which is shown in the pic came off.

I believe it will be from the hole, which we fix main jet (correct me if i am wrong)

The part is having 2 sides, with one small hole and big hole. Which side will go inside ?

Kindly advise and help me to fix it back properly

                Thanks in advance.

This is the atomizing opening into the carburetor Venturi .The part is called Needle Jet. The throttle needle will go into the center hole of this jet..

For Orientation... The end with big cavity faces inwards in to the venturi and the end with no cavity faces the emulsion tube which comes below it..

Here is a picture of carburetor with the Needle jet in place..notice the bigger opening facing into carb ., venturi..

From the pictures I just saw I feel the Pulsar NS200 carb TPS can be adopted and fitted ...You may have to do a lot of mix and matching for both mating it to the present carb., and connecting to the circuit..If your mech is knowledgeable, then do able, otherwise not possible..
                      Good Luck.

Found the culprit sir,the problem was in clutch damper, the spring rubber and nuts, costed 550rs including labour, thank god it was not anything related to crank.Click image for larger version
