This carb you have , has electronic choke and single Throttle cable type...if you see the other side of throttle actuator, there is a capped portion which is meant for attaching the TPS.The Vacuum pickup point is also situated on top side of Carb....Since this carb., is not original meant for ZMA you have received without it..Try to get a Carb., meant for ZMA since TPS does make a difference to riding experience in ZMA.

kb100 had mentioned that the RTR200 runs on a carburetor similar to that of the ZMA, and since TVS motorcycles usually come with a split cable operated TPS I guess this one would mostly be from a RTR200, might be helpful if someone would be able to confirm the same.

Will any bike's metal belly pan suit zma? I don't like the current engine guard. And, which bike's crash guard should I buy for zma?

hmmmmmmmmm..........i have the same exact carb with the same exact damage , these dont have auto choke ,only manual choke via the black lever , these have smaller jets compared to zma and these are off rtr 200 and all parts are interchangeable Click image for larger version

Please take care of lateral support as it is crucial when hauling load.

The above is a picture of my P220, you'll notice a rod connecting both side racks going under the number plate, then you'll also notice that the rear rack is supported by the side racks and the side racks receive reinforcement from the grab rail mounts.

The reason for emphasis on lateral support is because without it I cannot mount my side boxes(not seen in the picture) as that would result in the side racks caving in and breaking under load. Same goes for the top box, without the top rack being supported by the side rack, the top rack would bend and break due to weight of the luggage, gravity and shock.

Do keep us updated, would love to see more pictures along the way.

Use the spark plug tool and check torque, as for fitting it only fits one way so don't worry about that.

                          Point taken...

Got some time...so work in progress..not keen on the top box..but emphasizing on back rest for comfort.
I will extend it to make it comfy.
                          Will post shortly.

I sincerely hope you'd service your brakes once a year.

If the mentioned issue is happening inspite of periodic service then please consider going for an overhaul kit.
