I agree with Ankit. A good fabricator (who does door\window grills etc) who also can do powder coat painting will be a good move.
I had approached Sahyadri-Mumbai but they never replied back even after chasing them multiple times. They are busy building parts for Dominar and Dukes as there is a huge demand of them. I don't blame them, it is a good business move.

I did same for my Karizma. If you can manage to drive down to Pune one weekend, I can certainly help.
If you decide to get it done in B'lore, then don't forget to cover your bike with long piece of cloth (a used bed sheet may be) so that there are no scratches around.

    Keep us posted.

Search for HDT customs or Hemant Durbar customs, a pretty good guy. He builds customised products and is based in Mumbai.

My zma never faced this problem before. Engine and silencer was removed for some works and this problem started after I got my zma back from workshop. Any idea?Click image for larger version

its been just a week or so since they opened ,give them some time to stock up. and if you have made purchases in the above shops then you should know that there is a huge difference between their online inventory and actual one

Is there any differences between karizma and karizma r front fairings? Sparescompany.com has fairing for 2007 model and 2012 model. One side of 2007 model costs 1500rs and 2012 model costs 2550rs. Why there is a price difference?

                    they both are same
2012 model comes with hero badge so it is costlier

2007 comes with hero honda badge ,thats why it is cheaper
