First course of action would be to disconnect and reconnect the meter, while you're taking it off the motorcycle do inspect if there's an breaks in the ignition wiring. But before all that do go through your fuses.

I used to use carb cleaner or WD40, but my father got better results out of using Petrol.

          Hello,

This Youtube video should help you in cleaning the carburettor - https://youtu.be/_ViaULYap98?t=34s

This mechanic, Ali, also has other great videos on Karizma repair etc. I keep watching his channel to see what all "Could be/go wrong" with my Karizma.

Do ask him to share the part numbers of the sprockets and chain for those who wish to order the same individually.

Since I'm currently using a dumbphone I've lost his contact and am not on WA.

Already asked about all that. He says chain is stock.

but it seems different in the pics. may be due to the hand guards. the bike looks really cool.

Yes, please provide individual part numbers of stock Chain and Sprocket kit, workshop manual AFAIK has only part number for the complete set, not individually.

Akhil's friend Aquib was able to source a brand new 40T ZMA Rear Sprocket for me from the SVC with the help of its individual part number.

Most motorcycle headlight housings come in 7 inches, though IIRC TVS XL headlight housing is 6 inches and might work with DCM dome.
