Thank You PSR and RohIIT for your awesome support!!
Finally we have solved the issue,
I replaced the carb insulator with sealant and O ring.
The Tube from insulator to SAI and Carb was not available.
So I cutted the current tubes on all the edges[Ends], And inserted them with some sealant and the clip.
Bike is working well as expected good acceleration, reaching speeds of 100+ better than before.
Tested the bike for 50Kms, drove on various conditions [Highway, city, start-stop traffic. Bike is not accelerating on its on like before. Engine Braking had become better!

Now the bike feels like a Hero Honda Karizma!!
    Thanks All
    Aloha!!

I own the new karizma R 2014 model and all of my paid services has been completed. I'm going to get my bike services for the first time from an outside mechanic. I'd like some suggestions on what OIL i should start using; I stay in Mumbai and it's summer for next 5 months. I'd also want to know what spark plug will be good.

I went through the threads and found out i have to use the chain cleaner and luber every few days but, still unsure at how much time span.

Please let me know what all things i should consider while getting this service done.

    Thank you!
Try Shell Rimula R3X or Rimula R4 SAE15w40 It is good for cleansing the engine But its mineral oil so You have to change in next 1500-1750Km. It’s used for diesel engine but works well ZMA!

Shell AX7 SAE 10w40 is the best oil after cleansing the bike. You can change the oilin next 2000K-2250 Km
NGK Irdium is the best spark plug, NGK R is VFM option (Correct me if I'm wrong)

Above are tested many times on Pre 2014 ZMAs model, I'm not sure what is the actual change in 2014 zma so. Please cross check!

From the mechanic: Carb Cleaning, Tappet settings, Check Air filter & Replace if required.

      thanx for your valuable reply,

right now bike is in awesome condition, real smooth..

gives 42kmpl in streets 55kmpl in highway.
runs smoothly under 85kmph, after that acceleration performance is poor and hardly reach 110kmph, with engine vibration.

I get 30-35 constant, i drive within city, don't usually cross 4.5k rpm. How do you people get more mileage with old ZMA? Do you drive very slow on each gear? Earlier i had unicorn which gave me 50-68 Kmpl(Mix of city / highways). Anyway this was a less used one which i got 4 years back(4k odo). Driven now like 35~K. This has rust inside tank which get clogged in carb now and then.. I am a big fan of torque from this machine which does not allow me to part from this beauty which has now become classic i would say..

It looks like an Air-Lock Issue, When it happens try removing the fuel cable(next to regulator) and see whether there is a vacuum lock issue!
                Check the fuel cap!

What is condition of your carburetor[Should be cleaned properly] and sparkplug[cleaned /replaced]?

I have September 2013 zma and I ride hard changing gears at minimum 5k rpm, initially I was getting high mielage of 40+ because stock setting of AFR was 2.5 turns with lot of cold start problems and performance was not smooth at this setting. For last 6 months I switched to 3.5 turns AFR and getting mielage of 35-38 with same riding habit but now with much better smoothness and without any hiccups in acceleration.
It is not good for zma engine if it is giving high mielage, there must be balance.

thank you for the solution bro. i have cleaned the carb twice in the last one month and fuel cap is also new. but still it persists

Cold start issue is observed in zmas which are tuned for mileage.

Next time when the bike shuts down, without switching off the key , check whether current is coming to the plug.

even i am facing same kind of problem. acceleration is poor past 5k rpm. when i took it to my mechanic he said something is wrong with the clutch assembly. sometimes when i self start the bike am hearing some kind of TAK sound from side of the clutch case. and it is very hard to kick start

i will check bro. rpm stays at 1.5k for like some 10 to 15 secs when i start in the morning and then it shuts off . even after riding for some 30 to 40 kms it shuts off when in neutral.

Scratch my reply. If it is shutting down when in neutral then it won't be what I thought it would be.

Changing vacuum piston inside the carburetor might fix the problem
