True, only time can tell, who knows, maybe when I give my bike for service the SVC guys might pressure wash it or something.

Your sub frame fixing bolt is 25mm short in length, and may lead to issues later.

I know sir, actually after fixing the Crash guard the bolt didnt go in the nut at all. So had the legs of the crash guard hammered, thats how I managed to achieve this much, And shockingly another fact is, I've tried to source a longer bolt, but was'nt successful, the one's I bought were either too thick or too thin.

My next option is to look for oem replacements from other bikes.

I thought I had posted the pic but am not sure . So I'm posting it again . I had purchased a longer bolt while fitting my crash guard . It's made by TVS . The only problem I faced was that I didn't check it carefully enough and the bolt had thread only at the end . I used a loose-nut and fitted it .
You can take the original bolt to any hardware store and ask them to give a bolt of similar dia , but longer . The thread doesn't have to be the same - they'll have the nut for the bolt .

You mean two seperate pins on relay to connect two horns . (Total 5 pins)
If so then good but if there is only one pin then it would also be no matter as i am using the 4 pin relay for both windtones & vibrasonic .

                Where is this mentioned?
Mine is fixed like this,Water entered once and i had to open and clean it in order to make it work as usual.
I have 3 pairs of windtones , tried each pair seperately in each possible position but no matter how you place them water would go inside in rainy season & during washing if you can't cover them .

Yeah, but still, 5Pins looks cool. . Since one (87) to one horn and then passed to the other before grounding, will look like a petty job, where as two separate (87) wires will look cool and complex.

Might be a stupid question, but.... Do you use all three paris in you're bilke
Asked cause I've got a spare high tone with me and was planning on adding that too.

All 3 pairs at one time , no bro i don't want to reduce my hearing capacity I said i used each pair seperately . I like collecting different types of horns , i have 6 windtones , 2 vibrasonic , 2 air horns , 4 HH horns , 1 tvs horn , 4 maruti horns & list goes on . though haven't tried more than a pair on each switch . ( total 2 switches for horns in my passion ) . You can try your extra 3rd horn but i suggest better not as its quite disturbing for you & others too .

Wow bro , you should be like titled horn guru or something. So anyways, going to drop the 3rd horn idea for now, who knows, I may find some other use for it in the future.

Need to check the top speed. Earlier it was stuck to 110km/hr. I gues the culprit was clogged airfilter and carburettor.

But even then while on red lights, it doesnt picks up. I know it is a tourer so got a little less pick up tthan the other sportier bikes but I liking to get a good pick-up like the P220. Can anybody suggest hoe to get it without any loss on FE.Would Joel's ffe help?

Special thanks to PSR sir and Ashwin for their valuable suggestions!!!!!!

I think engine revs at 3750 rpm at 60 kph in 5th gear, because it is somewhat symmetrical, e.g. 40 kph at 2.5k rpm, 80 kph at 5k rpm.

The ZMA can do 120 on Highways...My personal best on highway had been 26 Kms in about 14 minutes.
Mine best: 220 kms in 2 hrs 20 minutes including 10-13 kms of city ride Kolkata - Asansol on NH2.

And PSR Sir, on my recent trip to a beach near Digha, when I saw Kolaghat Thermal Power Station, it reminded me of you

My bike's fairing vibrates and make dhak dhak sound when going over potholes and bad roads, even though the bushes were checked during service, one of the two headlight clamp units is broken, should I change that part or is there any cheaper way to quick-fix it?
