What is the safe odo reading after which i could switch over to full or semi-synthetic oils ?
I've installed another stock horn in parallel to the one provided.... I plan on installing a 55/60w bulb.... Is it ok without a relay in place?
    Thanks in advance....
Check and adjust Valve clearance(Tappet adjustment) at ASC....You have already done 2,700 Kms...you can switch your oil to SS or FS. Make sure you get quality oil and don't get duped with Fake ones...avoid Castrol due to many fake Castrol in market. Stick to 10w40 grade for getting the best out of the Karizma..
Regarding additional Horn, make sure it is rated at 2 Amps or 2.5 Amps...and the 55/60 watts Headlight bulb can also be fitted without any issue. You can connect with or without relay .

Yup, will do.... The engine gets too hot to handle during an afternoon drive

Ya, its the same stock horn coupled together.. r u sure the bulb without a relay would work fine ??

        1) Set AFR at 3-3.5 turns first - looks like you're running lean - if there has been no adjustment made afterwards, it seems you're at the 'new' factory default of 2 turns.
        2) I currently have a 3.5a Roots horn (minus the stock horn) and a 55/60 philips xtreme vision bulb without a relay. These are both on an Amaron 9AH battery. If you wish to have a higher ampere horn, I'd suggest getting a relay and a battery upgrade from stock.
        3) A good quality 10W40 oil will help your engine run smoothly. I would suggest the Shell AX7 or similar.

Pulsars come with 17" Wheels whereas our Karizma/ZMRs come with 18" wheels, so it is practically not possible

Front disk pad would cost around 1200 and the rear drum maybe around 350(i guess)

The best FS oil for Honda engines. I know many who are using this oil in Karizma and they always go with this oil.

To be frank, My ZMR loves running on Hero Engine oil 10W30 over any other Oil i have used till date.. I have been using Shell AX7 for more than 6000 kms and the bike wasn't responding too well and I used Hero Engine oil for this ~5200 kms ride (of course I changed the oil twice) and the bike was responding too good.. smooth and vibes free from the Engine.. engine didn't heat up as much as it did when I used AX7.. I was doing constant 100+ speeds as well..

I will go for the Ultra next time after I use up the remaining of AX7 i have

Well shell ultra is the best oil I have ever used in my zma. 2000 kms done and still going strong. I got it for 750rs in Chennai. Much better than motul 300v 10w40 fs..

HH oil is thinner. So you feel good response. I have two ZMRs here (Rakesh and Sanjay) with different experience. Rakesh's ZMR is comparatively smooth than Sanjay's. Rakeh always liked AX7 in his bike and Sanjay always liked Honda 10w30 oil, and they continue to use the same. Sanjay wants the response at higher speeds (over 90 kmph speeds) which was possible with the thinner oil, so he stuck with the w30 oil. Sanjay likes the smoothness of AX7 and he generally rides at 80 kmph and he always uses AX7.

And Sanjay's ZMR vibrates too much at high speeds compared to Rakesh's ZMR. Don't know why.

Try Shell Ultra once and see. The experience would differ from bike to bike, as you said, so try it once and check yourself.

Changed to Shell AX7 recently from Gulf pride 20w40. The gear shifts feel very smooth compared to Gulf. Became so smooth that few times instead of going to 2nd from 1st, went to neutral. Been around 200kms with AX7 and still getting used to it. Will check for some more time and if i like this will get it through you for sure
