      Need help with custom paint job in bangalore.

      Hi Guys,

      I have a Karizma R '09 model, I am planning to give it a sick paint job.

      Does any one know a place or a person in Bangalore ? It would be of great help

          Hey guys i have recently bought karizma R and i noticed that the front tire wobbles and i find that very risky.

          secondly i need help where i can do wheel alignment, because the bike had a minor accident in which it fell on the right side, and now when i leave the handle the bike automatically pulls towards the left,

          and thirdly i can see that the magwheel is little dented cause of riding over potholes...

          plz guys need help

            since the bike fell and now when you leave the handle bike moves to one side, this means that the Cone T needs replacement.may be even handle bar.

            Ensure tyre pressure is right as well. the mag wheel will not get dented so easily, if u have share a pic, else u need to replace the alloy wheel as no alignment will help in correcting the bend

                A late reply. I forgot. I actually got the excess oil drained and believe me, there was a visible change in the way the bike ran before and after draining. I also had the switches etc lubricated. He used a small can, (similar to the Mobul chain lubricant can) to spray lubricant in the switches. Any idea what that is? I didn't get a chance to check there

                  Old or new ?? for 2008 paint scheme, its around 10K and 2011 model is around 14K

                  Could be WD 40/Zorrick for rust prevention and lubrication.

                      May be looking to pick up a used 2008 karizma r in Mumbai.

                      Any particular things to look out for on a used bike other than clean paperwork that I should check for. Don't want to end up with a lemon. Any pointers u can provide will be helpful

                            Make sure the bike is as stock as possible. And do a proper TD, if something's not right dont get it.

                            1. Sharp bursts of throttle.
                            2. Pinning the throttle in final gear from 50ish speeds.
                            3. Closing the throttle at a decent speed and observing engine note.
                            4. Observe idle note and disengage and engage clutch to see if there's any difference.
                            5. Brake test and observe if there is any flex.

                            And everything else you can think about, like taking a look at dipstick, SP and what not. Take your time doing the inspections, cause though reliable if broken this bike is super expensive to fix.

                              Hey guys, I own a black zma-r. 2700 kms on the odo... 2nd service is over..... I observe a very slight ticking sound at lower revs when the engine is hot.... This started before the 2nd service, now after the service and the then evident oil change its now even lesser..... What could be the possible reason?? Is it the oil ? What is the safe odo reading after which i could switch over to full or semi-synthetic oils ?
                              I've installed another stock horn in parallel to the one provided.... I plan on installing a 55/60w bulb.... Is it ok without a relay in place?

                                Yes, it is the oil. Because its a w30 grade mineral oil, it becomes water like at high temperatures, especially in heavy traffic. Ensure you don't go too low on the rev range else the bike would start knocking.
                                You can shift to semi synth oils post 5-6k kms on the ODO and fully synth by 10k.
                                Yes, you can plonk a 55w headlamp directly without any relay or battery mods if there are no mods other than that. But since you have a horn in extra, I'd suggest you go via the relay route.
