Mr. Phaniker ...Quality DIY, was thinking on the same lines for my ZMA..I bet the front visor and fairing rattling all gone now...How does the bike behave on road at 80~100 Kms speed ? any improvement ? Which headlight doom, and fork support assembly for headlight did you use ?

Sir, Bike "feels" full free. The frontal portion is Pin drop Silence now Did small stretches of 110-120 kmph, couldn't do much. The cross winds were very much, the stock set up wouldn't have helped either for the severity of the winds. Stability of the bike is not hampered, same as stock set up.

Headlight Set Up : HH Ambition, Direct Fit.
Headlight Stay : Bajaj Pulsar Classic, appx5 mm cushioning needed on Top and Bottom.
Fork Assembly: Stock ZMA set, didnt play with it.
Indicators : New Passion X Pro, Flexible connectors and costs Half of what ZMA indicators and better illumination.
Crash Guard: CBZ Extreme.


Not sure, how good are the reflectors of Ambition are, I mean w.r.t heating of 55/60W bulb. Need to do some night ride to find out.

Light throw, is marginally better in low beam. BUt high beam is better than the stock set up. Need to see the actual effectiveness on a over nighter ride soon.

Overall Happy with the Set up, will retain it for some time might go in for LED fog lamps through the inside of the crash guard soon.

P.S: @psr Sir, was looking for closing the gap between the Headlight and Speedo Console for Aesthetics, any Suggestions? Initially thought of Fitting Old Boxer or Samurai Bikini fairing, but the Doom size is more than the stock ones in both of them

Thank You Had worked on this two years back but wasn't successful in making the clamps for the Speedo. So this time made sure I dedicated some time to make it happen. Few pics from the last un successful trial.

can you send some close up image from the front , of the gap between the speedo console and headlight doom ? some images that would make me understand the fixing and space

The last batch would have probably been sometime in 2014.. let me see if I can check out a friends bike/invoice which was purchased a few months ago.

reg the mod/timepass..was it just plug n play or with some fabrications?? Can you post it as a diy post ? If wind flow is not affected much I would like to do something similar. Then we can use any h/l reflector..I would like to use rhe RE projector if it is any good. My old rx had a Bullet unit which was great. btw have you put in extra pilot lamps or is there only one in the reflector ?

Except for the clamp for the speedo console, rest is plug and play. No there aren't any pilot lamps in ambition reflector, planning for led pilots from the inside of the crash guard. Yeah the RE reflectors are good to hold a 100/90w lighting also effectively. I had bought the ambition reflector for a throwaway price , hence wanted to try with it first. Also if im not wrong , the ambition reflector is slightly bigger than the RE ones. Im not very sure on this , can confirm and let you know. Regarding the wind blast, can give you a better picture later this next week, as I am on a ride this week.

P.S: didn't like the projector set up on the new TB.

the Ambition (I think)had sumthing callef regal crown to hide the speedo. You can try it.

There were only 2 models in Ambition HL AFAIK , one was the round one which I have used , the other one was with the old CBZ bikini fairing . The speedo used to perfectly sync with the shape of the round doom. Haven't heard of regal crown, can you shed more light on this please.

Yeah this was the one , I was referring to as well. But that doesn't fit zma speedo console, since the zma one is wider.
