    next that comes to mind is the LML.It had a transparent mini fairing. But I doubt whether you can get it anywhere now.I had planned on putting it on my classic P180..but never got around to do it.

      Awesome mods,something am thinking to do for a long time on my zma.Why don't you try the mini fairing from the fz?

        I wanted to completely eliminate the fairing part and make it as simple as it can be. The friend who has ridden the bike in the pic was complaining about more vibrations than stock ones itself. So made no sense in going for it.

              thats a good clean effort. you may want to keep the original headlight next time instead of round one for next week looks stunning in the original one too....

                After the change of t cone set, bike handling has improved.

                Howeven I'm experiencing pain in my left forearms during a long ride. guess it was due to bent handle bar. planning to change the handle bar this weekend. i'm bit confused about handle bar weights? does handle bar weights come with new handle bar or it has to be bought seperately?

                and also there is a slight rear wheel wobble and bike has lesser braking power ( new brake shoes) earlier it used to be better. what are the things to be checked?

                  Have kept everything that was removed i.e Fairings, Headlight assembly, engine cowl along with clams, Speedo clamps etc etc safely. But this is gonna stay for sometime

                    Why not cover the speedo console gap with that front piece from DIO, that's what Dr.Speed did on his ZMA, and I have to say the fit looks good, will post a pic if I find one.

                      Yeah have kept that as an option, but held up with some office work and a ride this weekend. In the meantime , have gone for this as a temporary arrangement of fitting the number plate in that gap.

                            Congrats Buddy! How much did you pick up the bike for? Please post the pics ASAP.
                            Most motorcycle problems are caused by the nut that connects the handlebars to the saddle!

                                I had obtained ngk g power sparks. Earlier I had iridium and then had changed to mico (for no reason). Nowadays my riding is limited to 1 km in the morning (6 pm) to the rly stn and @ 4 or 5 km at night @ 8..9 pm. With mico my choke would be open for the full km in the morn. I had changed the plug yesterday. Its been raining almost continuously since yesterday. Today at noon the zma sputtered immediately after starting and I killed the choke. At night..11.15 pm the engine died with the choke and I started without the choke. It seems like a miracle.. The old mico shows deposits..maybe rich. I had asked the mech to set the afr @ 3.5 . Have to check it. BTW I am on the 223 engine now. The 235 had some damage and was taken out for repair. but I cant get the piston (.25 oversize of p220). If anybody can source it (only Usha or Mahle make ) please let me know.
