Ravi Anna,Originally posted by ravi@17bhp View PostRaghav, you can use CBF Stunner's crash guard. One of my friends here did fit it and it is really excellent fit I can say.
Do not open the engine for transmission check. Use the bike for sometime and the hard gears persist, then we can see. Checking forks and T-cone are compulsory in any accident.
I said a very good pair of gloves would cost 3k. You can get a decent one for around 2.3k. Knee guards for around 1.5k (I guess).
Am trying to figure out a way to put leg guard on my new 3000km done zma
. CBF stunner guard can be fitted to ZMA with out removing engine guard? Please throw some light on this brother...

Vams and Ambition, It is not possible to fit a crash guard without removing the engine cowl. Though you can fit many types of crash guard, I found the Stunner's crash guard on my friend's karizma to be very good. 120/90 Sirac. Huge tire, takes away mileage and performance. But, grip is awesome.Originally posted by vams View Postthanks anna ...wud surely like to see the pics.

Regarding the front tyre grip in wet roads, as you mentioned in other thread, any normal indian tyre would loose grip in wet. You need to be very very careful riding in rains. Hard braking in rains would always result in wheel lock due to aquaplaning. In fact, I actually avoid riding in rains.HH Karizma (Current) || CBF Stunner PGM-FI || Honda CB Unicorn Dazzler

Grip largely depends on the type of compound the tyre is made, than the size of the tyre. Michelins and Pirelli are soft compounds and offer superb grip. M45 4.00 x 18 is the best rear tyre for a karizma (width is nearly equal to 110 size). Does not affect the mileage and performance much (very negligible).Originally posted by vams View Postmileage
...what do u say about 110/90 ,does it give a better grip compared to stock ones.
what ws the mileage you use to get with that one anna?what was the top end?
