      Anything that needs a cleaning or change is mentioned in the user manual. Please check the matrix that shows what needs to be done at each service. I do not have the info handy now but there are many Mumbai members running ZMA's for long. I'm sure they can help you out in one phone call

        No need to change oil filter. Just make sure you change the engine oil.

        • I roughly completed a 1000kms on my with the Motul oil..What an experience this has been..looks like the bikes been fed with the best and she runs so sweet, trust me it feels like as it is f-i'ed!!

          With this, am experiencing a strange problem of late..Whenever I hit speeds nearing 60 to 80ks i feel vibes from the handle, as if wobble type, the handle jerks my both hands from both ends( hope you get what I mean, that slight up n down rickety motion) It last occurred when i went touring and now back visible again while city riding. Am confused, what could be it?? My front tire is the Duro 90 90 and rear is the michelin.

          Help reqd urgently...awaiting replies!

            I have checked in user manual, they have mentioned that i have to clean oil filter at every 5k kms, but they have not mentioned anything regarding to it's replacement. Anyways thank you for your valuable suggestion.

            • Yesterday my bike was completely dead..was not starting bcoz the ignition lights were not coming in the console. Took it to the mech and end result was that the wire which is connected to the ignition switch was broken..

              • ^^no need to cahnge the whole ignition lock.. Just take out the lock and solder the joints. A simple DIY
                What do I intend to do? Stuff ZMR drivetrain into an Ambition chassis and watch others run scared!

                  The new ignition lock was costing round about 600 bucks at HH showroom..

                      Check for any uneven tyre wear. Else, try stock tyre again and see the difference. Also check wheel bearings. If they are fine, try changing ball races kit (cone set). If your bike behaves like a snake on potholed roads, the cone set may be the culprit.

                      Also, are the vibrations really bother you or they are just slight and bearable kind? I experienced little bit of vibration when I used m45 3.00 at the front. Karizma front is not great for wider tyre than stock size.

                      Check the above and see the result.

                        I kept the bike on main stand, the front tyre seems fine. I think the cone set is the culprit. The vibes arent much, its the snaky motion, though quick in speed which is bothering me..

                                Finally got the speedo problem solved....Actually..the gear (a long metal gear) that makes the speedo to revolve. i mean, not the plastic gear but the one that makes the speedo cable to revolve was not moving in reverse motion henceevery time i took the bike backward it would BREAK the plastic gear. hope this would help if somebody has a prob of same kind.
