Guys i got my first Bull... RE classic 350

but i wanted to ask one thing... How to check the petrol in it ??
since it has no fuel indicator like the classic 500.... Every time opening the petrol tank and shaking the bike to check is not a feasible solution.. also one can guess wrong... and i cant always keep mileage in mind as to guess the petrol... so please help me that what could be right solution to this problem...

I just can tell what i do. I keep the kms in my mind. And also keep the fuel on and not in reserve. So once the fuel gets over, you can refill it from the very next petrol bunk you see. And after all its RE buddy, just dont bother about mileage . Keep filling fuel and keep riding. By the way, Congrats for your new RE and welcome to the family.Originally posted by lovish View PostGuys i got my first Bull... RE classic 350

classic 350 is better than 500 in the matters of fuel notification buddy. In 500 it has EFI and there are NO knobs for fuel ON and reserve. So you have to completely depend on fuel meter. If you miss the reserve indicator, you'll end up pushing the bike. In 350, as its manual, you'll know when fuel is in reserve.Last edited by Tony.; 05-24-2012, 10:08 PM.

A similar arrangement was tested on a Norton motorcycle during World War II by the British military. The wartime mounting looks neater in the pictures than the makeshift job used on the Military Channel. The World War II mounting (or something similar) was even patented!

i agree with you Rahul. This is utter foolishness. Its too much irritating.
antz.bin, i dont know what made you do this, as this is not a discovery channel thread that is going on here, but its an ownership thread.
I hope you understand the difference. You are a moderator, so please read the content of the thread and then merge it. Just seeing a bullet pic you merge both the threads for what !!!
