    Details till date:

    Location: Coimbatore, tamilnadu

    Kms Clocked : 22000

    Age: 1 1/2 yrs

    Mod done: 220 rear disc setup, K&N RC1060, Upjetting, NGK Iridiums, Spitfire cables (removed now), HID(removed now)

    Parts Changed Till day: Front Head light assembly for water leakage under warranty, Fuel gauge(under warranty), Starter Relay (under warranty), Silencer changed due to air leakage (under warranty)

    Added Parts: 2-piece clipons, IRC tires

    Planning Mods: 220 front fork assembly with 220 clipon's
    any specific reasonz for removing them??
    A good mechanic will let u watch without charging u for it!

      With regard's to Spitfire - No use man!!! I didn't find any difference in that. so removed. HID- one of my friend told me that he shall give me a Philips HID kit, believing him i sold off my old kit to arrange the extra money but then i found out that he's just a gas bag regretting for selling now

        hmm...sad!!

        today i noticed oil leaking from the clutch play area on the engine..using motul 300V..any pointers?
        the oil level's the same thou!!

          That's not ur engine oil dude, its the clutch lubrication oil that comes out from ur clutch cable mount present in the engine!! Nothing to worry about that thou!!

              great. bajaj just seem to have got on my nerves even more now. they've discontinued the 200? and made the 180 the 200 lookalike.. this company's really fked up in its thinking.

              time to get rid of my bike and fast.

                well not if u can upgrade ur 200 engine to 220 even faster, wat say?
                200 is a looker bike new 180 or 220 cant even come closer to its looks!

                  But one thing 200 awesome looker & you wont be able to see it on roads anymore!! Fewer 200's on road !!

                  I have a query... will 200 have spares problems in future???

                    parts will not be a problm as i said earlier 200 can be modded-upgraded to 220, we hav sucessfully converted 150's to 180 n 180's to 200. waiting for the parts of 220 to be relesaed!

                      In this you are very correct I just saw the black clip-ons of the new black 220 and I am planning to fit those on to my 200.

                      EDIT : If anyone has already fitted the 220's clip-ons and fork assembly then please post with pics and the cost involved. Will help others a lot.

                        bro ur correct abt cosmetic mods like adding front shocks clipons rear dics!
                        but im talking abt engine upgrading-modding from 200cc to 220cc even faster than the stock 220 dts-i.

                                new 220 makes me jealous :P

                                LOL, I just got a P200 for like 77K On-road INR, 2 months back. I feel like an A$$ now that the new 220 Dtsi is available for the same price. and yeah I met with an accident on the 200 last month, and had to shell out 5K for repairs n stuff.. so basically I own a P200 which costs more than a 220 . Me n my bright ideas!
