Today morning while cleaning my bike, Near engine... I noticed a pipe which has been halfly cut. Is this Air pipe? Does this affect petrol pipe...is there any chance of petrol leakage...? Help me friends..

I have a lighting problem with my twister. The real red light(brake light) is always ON. It does not turn OFF at all.. It is draining my battery.
So irrespective of whether brake is pressed or not pressed, it always stays ON

Check the rear brake light switch , it's a black thing connected to the brake pedal with a spring . It may be stuck , out-of-adjustment or plainly gone bad with monsoon rains .

Quick short update on DY,Thanks to Sibun and others in the thread for suggestions earlier I adjusted valve clearances myself (Damn ASC never did this despite my repeated requests) and it did improve the mileage by 5kmpl,still not near the mark that i expected but atleast its in right direction for me. Wil post DIY once i find some time to help others

yes that is a air pipe connected to carburetor. one end of pipe goes in to carburetor (as seen in picture),other end of pipe is hidden somewhere below the fuel tank(in my bike its located where front end of seat meets fuel tank ) it will not affect petrol pipe.....but it can suck dust and water from that cut portion(when its raining) and can clog carburetor. you can cut that portion of pipe which has got cut and insert the remaining portion inside carburetor by pulling it out a bit......it is pretty long pipe.

as pinaki said, adjust the brake light switch by turning it clockwise or anticlockwise. if it does not respond after turning then replace it with new one...its inexpensive.

mileage will not increase much with correct settings....it will remain more or less same....may see slight improvement in acceleration. If valve clearance is wrongly set then it can cause oil leakage.

Anyone got a K&N air filter on their Twister? I've heard they're generally great aftermarket filters. I was thinking to get it but what concerns me is the shape of that filter, its conical and I don't know how it'd fit on the bike.

Not recommended for this little vehicle but its your choice anyway.
