Re: Honda Unicorn Dazzler
Hi..
Got Red hot Honda Trigger delivered two days ago.
I am posting this in Unicorn Dazzler thread because, I want to inform you that I got Petrol Tap lock for my bike from the dealer itself.
I saw few people in this thread who were looking for the same.

Re: Honda Unicorn Dazzler
Hey guys....
I am planning to change the headlamps for my bike (dazzler)
The stock headlight sucks for highway rides but is manageable for city rides...
SInce the headlamps should be 12V 35W/35W... I have shortlisted one headlamp from Osaram...
here's the link....

I am not worried about the price...
Please let me know your suggestions...also if not from the above website... where else can I get it from...?

Re: Honda Unicorn Dazzler
hi guys,
My bike is around 3 years old, running fine.Engine feels and sound a little rough and stressed ,do the engine valves need some attention?
I had my bike serviced last tuesday at honda asc all regular stuff including chain adjustment.Since then bike feels a bit unstable , feels like the rear wheel drifts to both sides
at low speeds like it will come off the hub or something.I checked the bike and found one locking nut on the swingarm loose and about to fall off. After tightening it the problem still exists
what could be the reason.?will be taking it to the asc in a couple of days...
It will seem daft but I couldn't find the discussion on hadlamps (Page 270)?

Plain wrong! One must lube the green areas.Originally posted by BhanuPrakash View PostApply lube/spray as indicated in the image below... I apply the spray 3weeks once or monthly twice....

Re: Honda Unicorn Dazzler
Seems like your rear wheel alignment is not proper. Take it to service centre and get it checked ASAP. Also tell them that the lock nut had not been tightened properly and therefore your wheel has become misaligned. If I were in your place I would have refused to pay money the second time round for doing a repeat job which should have been done properly the first time round. But thas just me!Originally posted by akkiforever007 View Posthi guys,

And to be honest I didnt find the discussion on page 270 either :P If I remember correctly it was someone (me?) talking about Osram Silverstar
Ninja Edit: Ok went and dug out my post from the past! It was on page 267 -> http://www.xbhp.com/talkies/motorcyc...ml#post1014882
Divya Sharan Bhai actually that figure was all right
Green areas can be done but are difficult to reach. Point of chain lubing is to lube the roller bearings more than lubing the sprocket. Correct me if I am wrong! :P

Re: Honda Unicorn Dazzler
My experience states otherwise. Wherever you lube, if done properly, it would eventually lube the bearings. But, for the entire process to be more effective and the oil/lube to circulate properly, one must always lube from the inner side of the rear sprocket. That's why people ask not to do so with the bike in gear, else you may lose your fingers.Originally posted by plasmabhai View Post@Divya Sharan Bhai actually that figure was all right

Also, I've noticed if you spray at the back (as shown in original diagram), most of the lube is already flung all over.Got a $5 head? Get a $5 helmet.
