Interestingly as someone mentioned. How are you going to enforce this rule?Originally posted by aditya_YZF-R15 View Post
And why would Dorna want to stop the factories, let them throw money down the drain if they want, it will be useless come 2016. Just ensure that they contribute to the spec championship software, like Ducati did at the end of last season.Biking is not about what you have between your legs, its all about how well you use it!!!!!!!

Because as far as I know only Marc was on hard front while others opted for medium. But still WHY...Originally posted by princesirohi View PostWHY .... WHY it has to happen with my man only and not marc...?

well actually... Marquez, Rossi, Pedrosa, Dovi, Lorenzo, Bradl and almost every rider... were ALL on medium compound fronts.
the only difference was Marquez was on a hard compound REAR tyre.

Soup :: Rossi: The Front Tire Was Destroyed :: 04-13-2014
marc was on extra hard front tyre whereas rossi was on hard front tyre.
also poor rossi lost some time at startup also, as his concentration was destroyed by the stupid act of lorenzo, who was standing right next to him, you guys must have noticed that rossi started a fraction of a second late than all others and then in an attempt to make it up his rear tyre spin up badly, further worsening it.
one more thing, rossi set the fastest yamaha rider lap time.

That front tyre of Rossi's M1 looks terrible. Unsurprisingly, it must have been scary to ride with such a tyre on those speeds! Glad anything worse didn't happen. And yes, he had a pretty bad wheel spin at the start as well. The Chronicles of Motorcycling - The Man, The Machine and The Road

Here's a latest piece on MM:
different persons have different talent levels and some are more talented than others, and he is one of the few most talented riders (seems so at the moment), so why are other equally talented riders not able to beat him, because they are either not in motogp or not on a equally competitive bike or they have passed their prime and are too old to take too much risks or a combination of some of above.
put a young (willing to take risks) and equally talented rider on an equal machine, the results will be same.
in my opinion, sucesss in motogp depends also largely depends on your BIKE.
