    Thats like an Oxymoron!
You say it did help Rodeo and Duro, but you term the Boss upgrade as funny!
He he! A known enemy is better than an unknown friend they say... so may be the idea was to revive the Boss image! Imagine having a 'outsourced' chinese 100CC engine on thier mass market product.... ! That would have been disasterous!
Dayumn! I am suddenly liking M&M!

      • This is great news!

I hope they release a decent bike which doesn't have too many flaws. A twin cylinder, 40 Bhp motorcycle for 1.5-2 lakhs would be ideal in my opinion. someone who can blow dust in the ninja's face..Lol
40 bhp??? what capacity are you looking at?? 300 cc?? and you want it at less than 2 lakhs??

        remember

cheap and reliable is not fast
cheap and fast is not reliable
fast and reliable is not cheap

so better expect that its fast and reliable and let go the cost...

        • Yo! We shall discuss this offline!

(Knew about it, which is why I was raising the point!)
No one cribbed about a rebadging boss, but every one did about a chinese 300CC engine even if it looked of a decent make!

          Time to go home

Mahindra is set to launch 2 new bikes in October. A 125cc and a 300cc, both are street styled.
The 125cc is set to be named Cevalo and to be priced near 60K (INR: 60,000), and the later 300cc is set to be named Diablo and to be priced near 140K (INR: 1,40,000).

The 125cc 15 BHP Cevalo looks like that it is following some looks of the Yamaha FZ Blood line, but with lots of good features and so on, Analog Tach and a digital multi functional display, big exhaust, wide tyres, and step up seats.

The 300cc 25BHP Liquid cooled Diablo on the other hands seems to rock with Italian blood in its killer looks, some similarities to the Ducati Street-fighter. it also sports killer looks and a naked frame, Rear disks, killer alloys, step up rear seats, Analog tach and digital multifunctional display, under seat exhaust and so much more.

                      Cheers for Mahindra.

underseat exhausts... hmmmmm... that's a first in this thread.
would be nice... quite unlikely tho.

it's weird there isn't any more credible info on this bike yet.

25bhp??? isnt it a bit low for a 300c.c. twin cylinder??? the ninja makes something like35bhp with a 250 c.c.
if it is 25bhp ninja will have its buyers, and people will still prefer the p220, and r15 over diablo...
