130 spec tyre on a 150cc bike is huge and despite of it if it's a stonker in performance then all bows to HONDA!!

Oh, i forgot about the DOHC, Did the older CB150 had DOHC setup, if no then this bike will be much responsive and refined than the older one.
        Oh yeah, the R125 has 110&130 section tyres&guess what-the Hyosung GT125R has a 150 section rear tyre!
Poor deprived R15...but if you look at the older gen CBR150, it has the ditto tyre specs as R15.
Techies know that the R15 was a maxxed out T135 mill, so putting in fatter tyres would never give it the accelaration it has.
Really waiting to see if this CBR makes it to India-I have my own doubts though.
        Quench my thirst with gasoline!

What is your take on Ninja 250R's tire's width?

                That would be OT.

There is something known as design aesthetics/flow, and what i see is this bike pays a wee more respect to it's bigger brother(s) monicker without any compromise in that aspect. That's it.

PS:I rate R15 very highly for it's phenomenal handling and braking!!

                • @ironman: Could you please post a bigger picture if you have one? It seems to be in Japanese&maybe me/Bluevolt can deduce something from it.

@satyenpoojary: I'm sure you would have noticed the difference in the single/split seat&also the silencer angle?
Now why is this 150 looking more aggressive than the rumored 250?

Not sleepless night but Nightmares for Sure.

Only one guy is going to suffer most IFF it comes to India, that R15 (also ZMR if fully faired bikes are considered ).

Now Yamaha needs to wake up and Get 2011 YZF R15 with more power at lower RPMS and Fat footwear to stand up against this!

But again..Step-mother treatment to indian market...Where Yamaha solely brought R15 for Indian market...Honda still seems be in dual (or triple) mind of indian market.

Or surprise us with a I-2 250cc full faired bike under 2.50 , I would be the first guy to die of shock If honda does this.

Well that's the only pic i got and that pic shows only the rear half of the bike. The front portion is not out(yet) on that website.

                            • based on these recent pics... the bike looks perfectly proportioned.

Faring... rear cowl... tyres... wheelbase... exhaust... everything seems perfect.

those mirrors scrawny on the bike tho.
