      Please don't gang up.Im entitled to my views and I'm not forcing it on anyone.Being a prospective buyer of the 250 myself, I go by what the package has to offer and not just the styling,and it's a fact that the 250R is a great package,period...Phew

        The cbr150r looks like quite a great package, but personally i wouldnt by it. Only reason is that honda is for some reason trying to make the twin headlamp and sharp aggressive styling exclusive to only the 600 and the 1000. I would have loved to see a bike that looks like it is meant to be raced rather than a bike that looks like the vfr which is a sports tourer.
        Just my 2 cents no offense to any 1 who likes it or is buying it

              I was one of those who never liked the headlamp assembly on the 250R when i saw the first pics of the bike.
              Now 6 months after owning one, it slowly grew on me

              Its just the angle of viewing that makes the difference. If you look at it from the front it looks like just another commuter bike but take a few steps to the left or right and it shows

                ^^ i'm not saying it looks bad, it looks really good. My problem is that cbr's were meant to be track bikes with those menacing twin headlamps. But the 250r is more of a sports tourer and not that great a track bike. The 150r from what i have read is a great track tool but i would have liked it better with the sharp styling and twin headlamps that the 600 and 1000 have

                  Honda should accept the (design) roots of these bikes and start calling them VFRs like they look, instead of CBRs just because it's catchy and popular.

                  Although, it's probably too late, since the branding has already been established, any change now would just be an acknowledgement of stupidity on Honda's part; just that this is slightly annoying purists...

                    But, dont you think, the 150R is worthy of being called CBR... even though it looks like a VFR, on paper, its a good engine for the race track. Short stroke engine, high revving nature, DOHC, light weight, etc,...

                      cbr inherits only the looks of vfr not the nature.
                      and the question remains why do i race?
                      every finishing line is the begining of a new race.

                                Alpinestar, I like. Some guy on Ktm thread got 1 for only 700, and its pretty neat. Dont know if its genuine.
