Hope they get such things in India soon.. Guys please post details of such and much needed accessories.. And preferably with english sites and shipping to India.. I will visit the Grant road market, mumbai and talk to a few shopkeepers (who keep impoerted accessories) and see if they can get it..

The XX-10 is huge. Its very bulky and heavy. I use the XX-6 and it fits perfectly on my ninja and you can also store it under the rear seat. It has a 120dB alarm too. Recommended over the XX-10 for ease of storage.Originally posted by HH_HUNK View PostEven I will go for Xena Disc Lock as it doest cause any void in warranty

It'll help in locking the wheel to a railing or a pole for added security or locking the wheel within the forks itself.
The Xena locks fit most bikes. The one i have fits the R15 too.Originally posted by MeTaL_MaNiaC View Post^ maybe the one on ninja fits on.. Or is there one for r15 too??

Can someone tell me how this Disc Lock works? Once the alarm starts, will it go off after some time? I really don't want it screaming forever in our parking lot, if someone just tries to move it a bit to make some room..Last edited by jerk; 05-04-2011, 06:10 PM.

Well you just lock it onto the disc and after a few seconds it arms itself. There is a beep to signify that the lock is armed.Originally posted by jerk View PostCan someone tell me how this Disc Lock works? Once the alarm starts, will it go off after some time? If there is any movement in the front wheel, the alarm gives a warning tone and then goes full blast for around 10 seconds. It stops after that. Further movement will trigger the alarm again. The alarm is a loud ear piercing high pitch chirping sound.
Another feature is that if the lock is placed high above on the disc the sensitivity is higher.... lower sensitivity as the lock is placed lower down in the disc.
Check the video's on you tube or on the link i have provided.ATGATT - Because hospital ceilings are boring !!!

They have some mindblowing tankpad designs. Motografix tank pads are one of the best in the world. Superb quality and sticks like a leech.
My tankpad cost me 2250/- at Planet DSG but if you order directly from them it'll cost around 800 bucks lesser with shipping included to india.

Just for your satisfaction, i'll check it out and let you know as soon as the cbr's join us for the rides
Like i mentioned, anything over the XX-6 is an overkill (but personally its the buyers choice) and the XX model is the best. Bluevolt had ordered the XN model but it was defective (the alarm was not working, but the lock could still be used).ATGATT - Because hospital ceilings are boring !!!
