Yashu is glad to receive the Key for me!

The bikes outside are unveiled now.. RED is by far the most popular color it seems... out of around 12 bike lined up there, 9 were red, 2 black and a lone silver!

Completed all the paperwork, bud did not take delivery of the bike today... will pick it up tomorrow as coincidentally, its also my birthday

I can see matching colour helmets placed on the bikes, were those given complimentary (like initial deliveries in one Bangalore showroom were given with Reebok jackets)???

That lone silver one was supposed to be mine. Someone had booked a silver ABS and i had booked a silver std (as the dealer told me that a silver std would be coming on the first lot and i would get it).
Anyhow, i called up the dealer on the 17th and was told that i would be getting my bike the next day. To say that i was excited would be an understatement. So there i was on the 18th, literally shivering with impatience and excitement waiting for my dream, when i was told that i wouldn't be getting mine because the other guy who had booked an abs had changed his mind and wanted a silver std now.........the one i was supposed to get. I was like.............
But me being me ( I hate confrontations), I just smiled and left..........
I know i sound like a complainin' .............. but i guess i just needed to vent somewhere.

Help !!........

I'm very happy today... Finally got the permission to buy a CBR-250 R

The problem is, I

Visited -

*Honda Malad (The bike just look's so huge, what a beautiful rear end. Picture's on the internet simply do not justify it's look's. I'm in love & god willing I now want one.)

And called up -

*Honda Jogeshwari

*Honda Mahim (And the operator lol

, she started shouting on me "BOOKING BAND HAI 3-4 MAHINE BAAD FONE KARO)

*Honda Kandivili - It's a service centre actually.

All 4 Om Sai Honda's are saying booking's are closed till 2 to 3 month's.. .. So.. I'm like wtf ! What do I do now......... Rats!

Booking's are open with a waiting time of 6 month's.... wtf !?

If I was you, first thing I would do is book in any one of the showrooms first (where they are taking bookings) and then start looking for showrooms where the waiting period is less (or no. of bikes booked is less). This way, once I find a showroom like that, I can cancel from the first place (since you get 100% refund on cancellation) and book here. If I don't find any showroom, atleast I'll not delay my booking in the other showrooms where waiting period is already high.

Dude there is no cancellation charge WHATSOEVER!
They are lying!
The folks at Jhaveri Honda said the booking amount will be returned as a cheque in 2 working days that too 100%
