        • At last after thinking and considering lot of things... I am taking the delivery of the bike (CBR250R Red Non-ABS) on Tuesday/Wednesday after the bike is registered.

I checked the bike personally today to make sure there are no issues of any sort (visually (scratches/dents)) with the bike. Hope to get the bike in a condition I expect it to be. This will be the first bike delivery from the Dream Honda dealer in Whitefield, Bangalore.

                  • Rode one today !!!!

A young neighborhood uncle got his new CBR 250R delivered today. This man is tall and with good stature but I never thought he would buy one, as he always rides his trusted Honda Eterno.I would say an amazing jump.

Few months back he inquired about my bike and I had given a couple of tips to him about how to buy a good premium bike and honestly I thought he would buy something which would be a 150cc to the max.But his purchase is now making me wonder.

So I was invited to review his purchase,
When I first set my eyes on his bike from the back.It resembled a R15, hence I was already starting to get amazed, but still not shocked.but I noticed something is different. The Rear is way fatter than the R15 and it has a silvery glow instead of the white gleam associated with R15 color schemes.Just then the Honda tag came to my notice and I knew without any doubts what it was.So even before he revealed the bike to me,I told him everything about what he had purchased (thanx to Xbhp).

He was immediately convinced that if there are any defects with his new purchase,I would recognize it and he handed me the keys.I, for my part in my mind........had only one thought at that time, analysis later, let me first ride .

I took the CBR out to the nearest speedy flyover to get a all-rounded feeling,
This bike felt like as if someone has put the Pulsar220DTSFi engine into a ZMR and has filled it up with the smoothness and silence of CB Unicorn.
The bike hits the peak power region pretty fast and halfway through the flyover,I was in 130 kmph zone.Obviously, I had my inhibitions about someone trusting me with such a new machine, but this bike is one bike which is good at pampering one with comfort and feel. The brakes were good too.

The catch with this bike is that, you can catch up with most speeding vehicles on road, but no one would know that you are coming up from the back that fast, its so much noiseless, somewhat a heavier Unicorn beat, thats all.

It felt good to ride the bike, and it goes without saying it would impress the uncle way too much when he would join his circle of friends who has RTR Hyperedge, Karizma ZMR etc.But seriously, a bike this clinical would bore enthusiastic bikers.

Now with, a Ninja 250r, Comet GT250, CBR250R in my neighborhood.........I am yet to take my major leap, from 150cc to straight 1200-1300cc, only the OEM has not launched the product that I want yet

It is always touching to read the experiences, its like Sehwag playing his natural shots. But my friend despite of knowing the fact about initial run-in period rules, you took his bike to 130km/hr.

Your bike is way better than babes, only thing is that you need a proper vision to mull over this fact. :D

wont have been the case had it been his bike.
