if this was true HONDA would have mentioned either about the quality of the plastics or oil leak issue or knocking or even the paint to the dealers !! Instead they found something fishy with the clutch ? WHY LIKE THAT BRO ?

Well I don't know all that I learnt this from the horses mouth of the company people in the discussions so shared with u all rest assured from the companies end when I also asked him that why the deliveries are going so slow he told the truth which I have shared with u all.
Well he also told me that the second lot will be a class in its self as all the problems which were coming in the first lot have been solved and everything is a ok now.
Well also the company is excited for 100 cc segment which they will be coming out soon.

But that cant be termed as a problem.. When i got the delivery, there was no one who knew about the cbr and so they dint even do a PDI.. But then i met the service incharge who was trained for CBR.. He was not there at the time the bike was delivered and so no PDI was done.. He solved all my queries and cleared all my doubts regarding the CBR..
So they corrected your clutch settings right cool. Well ok enjoy riding your baby which color is she.
Well when I learnt from the company guy that there is some problem with the clutch he did not mention anything else to me just this. When I pushed him to voice out he did not utter much as he knows that I am from xbhp so he got a bit scared in telling the truth as even I have booked a silver abs version. But if this is the case I will wait to take my delivery as Pulsar 200 is in the pipe line

If the so called 100 cc segment launches then honda will be saying all bikes will have a waiting period for two years because of the demand !

In todays day of alloys and sealed chains there is no chance for anything to get stuck into the wheels or anywhere... I think the rule should be modified for the type of equipment the saree guard is compulsory on (spoke wheels, etc.)

heyyyyyyyy its really a very good signature of you from today i will also give the same reply if any body asks me.......nice bro........

sudeep here and this is my first post. I have been following this thread for a while now.

Finally took delivery of my red non abs cbr today. I had booked it on 3rd jan from muthoot honda, cochin. Deliveries had started here yesterday after a small launch function. A total of 8 bikes at this showroom till now from what i could understand, with majority being black. Cost me approx 1.58lacs on road.

Getting the horrid looking saree guard off was the first thing I did before taking delivery :-). Very pleased with the bike after the first short ride. I feel this is a total value for money bike and is definitely a class above all the 'sub ninja' indian bikes. Purely my opinion. I did not find any quality issues as reported in some earlier posts.

Although I do feel that the exhaust note is not really pleasing riding at 3-5k rpm. Will explore other rpm ranges after riding her for a while.

I am planning to take the bike to chennai soon cos thats where I work.

I guess I should be heading to the cbr ownership thread to post more!
              Ah, one more "Sudeep P"...
Congrats bro! Waiting to hear more about your ride experiences in Ownership thread.

Are they waiting for the product to settle down or waiting for production capacities to come upto full levels.
ya i guess thats the case, since their new plant will start in August.
