@MeTaL_MaNiaC: The look and feel was great, especially the quality of tyres is awesome. I also stay in Mira Road but when I inquired here in showroom they told the booking is not yet started and hence I went to Poisar.

On the booking form it is written that booking no is 164. I also confirmed the same from that showroom guy.

They cheated us. Idiots. I dont know what to believe. The Honda rep told me that he was told from Gurgaon the bikes were despatched on 6th itslef. But then the info was wrong and he came to know that the despatch took place today only. I was crestfallen. I mean, here we are in Bangalore, stupid high taxes, first to book bikes even without having a look and not even a display bike to drool at. If there is any place I hate to the core, its Bangalore. (This is a personal opinion, I dont want any more comments on the same.)
The rep had travelled to Delhi to get first hand training along with service people, but he is also awaiting the bike to be delivered. Very very very angry with the way Honda have dealt with this problem. Mass bookings rom Bangalore being treated in this way.
Yes its true, The bike will be delivered only by 25th. If at all they get the bikes by 20th.
I am also thinking of the same. I saw the list of people who booked at the showroom, the rep showed me an excel sheet. I thought I was the third, but now I realised I am second. And damn, the list was endless, there are so many bookings from Bangalore.
One good news is that Bangalore RTO has already approved of the bike. So that delay is out.

Any updates about the status in Hyderabad???
An XBhp member, Vinu has seen the CBR in Hyderabad with out number plates (suppose it should be a Dealer riding).
Any clues which showroom did the bike land up ?

Is it?? i just crossed Pratul Honda Kondapur but did not see any display bike over there, I was not able to stop to check about the time when it will be available because I was with my family.

Maybe it would be there in the Somajiguda branch

Nah! THe same problem in Delhi too. I took out a printout of the list of dealers in Delhi and called up most of them- The End result- No CBR250s in Delhi. Not even for display.

Disappointed as I'm in the capital for a few days and really wanted to see how it looked in the Flesh, er Metal.

My honda dealer (sai point honda) gave me the details about finance.. The downpayment is Rs.53k (non-abs) as mentioned earlier which is 30% processing fee. The finance would be 70% and interest around 11%p.a and this is confirmed. He also said that the bank has started logging in.. (dint understand but think he meant the loan process can be started). regarding calls from dealer.. He said we only called customers who booked it in January.. (n i am on 1st feb ) the bikes would be der in showrooms by 15th. the kandivali showroom i visited today (pics posted above-silver) said they are also delivering the coming bikes on 20th and the few customers who booked early have already been called and asked to start the payment procedures.

Reps in both the showroom said, the intial lots would have most or maybe all non-abs versions.. So abs version would take longer delivery time. Both said the same.. So i believe it and hope i get it by 20th or i will have to cancel.. ( i am not able to concentrate on studies Man!!!)

I called Ganpati honda Old DLF gurgaon...lady rep wasnt aware about the bike...I got a call back from a male rep who reported that the bike will be available somewhere at the end of April ( got disappointed )... as I was promised that it will be on shelf by April first week... honda people arr checking the patience level....

I dont know why this is happening with Bangalore man.
The wait is really getting to me now, whenever it comes, if they tell me that I got to wait for more than a month, I am going to sell my soul and get a P220.
